First of all the service at this building was excellent. There is concierge service all day seven days a week. The unit that we were in 109 @ sand dollar, was quite beautiful and comfortable. My issues with the unit are: the unit has very few items for use in its kitchen, what there are, are old. There were very few kitchen utensils, only two hand towels and necessary dishes on a very high shelf, where you need a step stool . There was no starter, dishwasher, tablets, laundry soap, or garbage bags. The master bath room was also the guest bathroom. We also didn’t care for the level of noise that the first floor brought as it was right above the swimming pool. You could hear everyone’s conversation. this was just not the right unit for us.
