Sea Breeze # 406 on suora Persianlahden etaisin huoneisto, jossa on suuri oma parveke rannalle. Tilava kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto, jossa 1200 m²: n kerrostalohkot. Makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen size-vuodetta ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen size-vuode. Ilmainen kaapeli ja Wi-Fi-internet. Yksi pysäköintipassi tarjotaan (toinen passti voi olla saatavilla pyynnöstä).

Sea Breeze sijaitsee suoraan rannalla, jossa on oma rantahotelli. Suuri uima-allas kannella porealtaalla on ranta edessä. Hotellissa on myös BBQ-grillipaikka, jossa on piknikpöytiä, Bocce Ball court ja tiki-majoja. Pesulapalvelut saatavilla 4. ja 7. kerroksessa. Johns Pass Village on vain 5 korttelin päässä.

Good Get-a-Way place

At first, the appearance was that the condo was clean. The. We sat down. There was bitten finger nails on the couch. Sand all of the floor. The sink smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. And, every night even with the temp set on 68-72 deg, it would heat up so uncomfortably in the rooms. Lastly, the elevator is a pain in the rear. Now, on to the good. Good view. Good location. Beautiful beach.

Great Stay

Check in was a breeze. Only received 2 keys for 4 people; but found that not to be a problem at all based on our activities. Appreciated the elevator security access. Condo was clean, comfortable. The mattresses do make a lot of noise though! View was amazing; beach, pool and hottub so close. Glad to have beach chairs available. Was VERY glad to see the 2nd bathroom was both bathtub/shower; since the description had only listed bathtub!! Easy walk to John's Pass for dinner/entertainment each night. Would definitely rebook this condo if we return to the area.

Christmas vacation

Family stayed here for 4 nights. It was very clean and sunny inside. The only suggestion would be to have a wider supply of cooking utensils.

No hot water for 3 days. And no communication about the issue. We had to call in and inquire. Then no updates provided after we called in about no hot water. We expect much better customer service than that. No offer of resolution except to move to a bay side building vs our beach front Not even much of an apology. Despite a big inconvenience There were no beach towels despite the listing stating included. and the units bath towels should be replaced. Thread bare Master bath sink water pressure almost nothing. Just a trickle. Disappointed

perfect days on the beach

Loved our stay here right on Madiera Beach! Pool below you on the 4th floor, ocean a few steps away! The place was clean and just perfect for our 3 girls trip!

Great view and beach access. Fall asleep to the sounds of waves in the large bedroom. Code to walk up staircase would be nice as would beach towels.

The place was clean great location well equipped kitchen, beach chairs umbrella etc..but the beds were very uncomfortable need new ones..and the elevator was down a couple days which was fixed..We would stay again if the mattresses were newer!

Great condo!

Beautiful view of the ocean. Condo was clean and had every kitchen cooking accessory we needed. My only complaint (and I don't even want to call it a complaint, maybe annoyance would be better) was that the beds made so much noise when you moved or got in/out that you were afraid to wake everyone in the room up. We will definitely be renting again.

Great Location with Fantastic Views

TRS's booking and check-in process was simple and straightforward. The unit's location and view are unrivaled. However, the infrastructure of the unit is somewhat outdated, with some strange odors emanating from the floor and bathrooms. Only one slow elevator was available. Overall, despite those facts, we had a good time there.

Great Location!! Room is a let down

Checked in, went up the road to the property, noticed 2 of the 3 leather sofas / chairs were replaced with an old style tweed that wasn't comfortable but oh well. About 9:30 the first night the kids went to go to bed, and when they pulled the blanket back there was black hairs and sand all in the bed and under the top sheet. This left a very crunchy feeling to the room, also upon further investigation of the master bedroom we noticed a used band-aid on the floor, it was gross. The postives - The location of the condo would be hard to beat, a short walk to the pass with the many shops and stores, the balcony had plenty of chairs to relax and enjoy the breeze and waves crashing on the beach. Also try Lisas cafe right outside the condo, has an amazing breakfast with friendly staff. The family enjoyed the beach and hot tub, as well as the pool. The beach is phenomenal, plenty of trash cans and super nice people. On checking out I informed the management agency of our discoveries of dirty beds and undesirables on the floor, to which they replied, we will make sure the cleaning company does a better job. So, if you use this place, make sure to request they clean the room for the next guest. Minus having to buy sheets and do some cleaning of our own to make it enjoyable, it was a blast!!

Filthy. Floors in both bedrooms had sand all over them along with dust everywhere. Bathrooms tiles filthy , beds were ATROCIOUS , apt was totally outdated, mgmt had to bring a new coffee maker. Would NEVER RENT AGAIN!

Great location - TERRIBLE BEDS

I don't consider myself a light sleeper at all, however, ALL of the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We even switched around to see if it was an individual issue, but everyone was uncomfortable sleeping every night we stayed there!
