Very nice rental! The unit was spacious and super short walk to the beach. The location is great as there is so much within walking distance. Host was very prompt to respond in the minimal times we needed assistance. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Cottage B was very cute, and VERY clean. All 3 beds and pillows were comfortable and everyone slept well. Kitchen was well stocked. The Kooky Coconut is steps away and is a gem! Access to the beach was perfect. **Communication and functionality could have been better. The 2 cottages look the same and are not marked A and B. I had to look at pics to determine which was ours. I booked VRBO but by the end of the trip received info from 3 different entities. It was not clear who was who, no contact info populated in template messages. We were given the wrong codes and couldn’t enter the home for an hour (two different codes were in the template messages). No idea who to get ahold of. Finally got a response after reaching out to a number on the sign out on the main rd, a company I had not received any communication from. The Host responded through VRBO the NEXT morning providing the code that wasn’t even correct. No apology, no concern whether we got in the previous day, nothing. Not very functional, but you can make do. Traveling with two daughters (16 and 10yo). Neither bedroom has drawers or shelves for clothes. Be prepared to be soaked before you figure out how to work the shower and it’s 4 knobs and 7 jets. The only outlet in the bathroom is covered by the mirror. The only other mirror is at the front door.

Fantastic location!

This little cottage is the perfect spot to enjoy the beach, and is walking distance to lots of shopping and eating places. We had everything we needed, and were very comfortable during our stay!

Cozy cottage

Cozy comfortable cottage 1 minute walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. Newly remodeled cottage and our host Vivian was very responsive for a couple of items needed for our stay (broom & cutting board), they arrived promptly! I believe the cottage had reopened a week or two before our arrival. I recommend a stay here.

Great location, cute cottage

Beautifully updated, very clean cottage. On the small side, but the floor plan is laid out well and was enough space for our family of four. Kitchen is very well stocked with new appliances. Nice, quiet area with a short 4 minute walk to the beach. We really appreciated all the beach supplies and outdoor shower. Easy check in/out. Highly recommend!

What a gem

Great little beach house with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Clean, tidy, and house with just the right decorations, space, and charm. Just right for 4 adults and could accomodate a fifth. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent Beach Cottage

Really cute house close to the beach, very clean and updated, and walkable to several dining places. House was very easy to access and parking available for our rental car. Would highly recommend!
