1. Pool is cleaned every Friday (including vacuuming, tile brushing, chemical adding, filter cleaning, etc.) and we can perform extra cleaning if needed. Just let me know when you arrive.

Extra small appliances are to be provided upon requests like air fryer, bread maker, and even an ice cream machine. You can definitely realize your chef dream in this place! This home offers a King Bedroom, A Queen Bedroom, and a Bunk Bedroom equipped with Full Size Beds so all the kiddos can be together! Every room has its own TV so everybody gets to enjoy their own programs and movies. Sun room is where you can enjoy the sun but not get too sweaty. Enjoy the time with your family getting together and watching a movie you like. Having a family time like this has never been so easy nowadays! The French doors in the sunroom open up to an inviting pool on those hot Florida days. Think about your family enjoying the back yard sunshine, kids playing with water, and adults having quality conversations! How lovely! A gas grill is also provided. Lounge by the pool and bask in the sun or enjoy some fresh BBQ under the gazebo! Oh, I forgot to mention, why not have a meditation and yoga near the pool with the crystal clear water and beach breeze? Sea La Vie is only a mile and a half away from the nearest beaches. Bring the beach gears (including beach chairs and towels) provided and bike to the beaches (bike can be provided upon requests). What a healthy and fun lifestyle you can enjoy here! No running around the pool.
No glass or breakable items inside the pool.
No pets in the pool.
Use the bathroom, not the pool.
Do not leave children unattended.
In case of emergency call 911. 3 Cars and 8 people maximum.
No dishwasher on site.
