Tämä hämmästyttävä 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpy huoneisto on avoin ja tilava olohuone ja ruokailutila, täysin varusteltu ja kauniisti päivitetty keittiö, jossa graniitti työtasot, kaunis sisustus tyylikkäitä värejä, laatta ja puulattiat koko sekä kaunis parveke aivan pois olohuoneesta. Jokaisessa huoneistossa on 2 parveketta käytettäväksi, 1 päämakuuhuoneesta ja toinen Meksikonlahdelle! Tämä paikka sopii erinomaisesti perhelomailuun, koska hotellin edessä on puisto ja allas ja ranta takaisin! Yksikkö 3 on 2 portaita ylös ja eteläkulmassa. Tule pelaamaan rannoillamme tänään !! Sunset Villas on ainutlaatuinen ja ihana rantahotelli Redington Shoresissa. Tämä sijainti on 4 eri 2-makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpy yksikköä, joissa jokaisella on puoliksi yksityinen ranta parveke olohuone sekä yksityinen parveke pois huoneisto. Jokaisessa huoneistossa on mukava ranta sisustus, yksittäinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu käytettäväksi, paikan päällä oleva pysäköintialue ja jokainen nukkuu jopa 5 vieraalle. Onsite on lämmitetty - oma uima-allas, suora pääsy rannalle, leikkikenttä kadun toiselle puolelle lapsille, hiiligrilli ja patio niille illallisruokailuille sekä kaiken muun, mitä tarvitset todella ikimuistoisen rantaloman. John's Pass Village sijaitsee noin 5 kilometriä etelään, joka on täynnä ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita, vesiurheilumahdollisuuksia ja viihdettä kaikille. Tuntuu kuin ratsastat jotakin rullalautailua, kun olet kaupungissa? Busch Gardens Tampa on noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä tai osuma Disneyn puistoihin ja kaikkiin muihin Orlandon nähtävyyksiin vain 2 tunnin kuluessa. Florida Aquarium Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, kauniita valtion puistoja ja kilometrejä rantoja ovat vain muutamia syitä käydä Pinellas County rannat! Redington Shores on viehättävä rantakaupunki, joka on vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Pietarista, jossa on museoita, taidegallerioita, ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. Et loppu täältä!

The location, view, etc is perfect! There were no chairs or umbrellas in unit 3- but I did buy and leave 2 chairs and an umbrella. The condo was clean and nice. There are not TV’s in the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed which was comfortable. Overall we had a great time and loved the pool and beach setup!

Best location

We’ve been coming to Redington Shores for about 5 years now. This place was by far our favorite! Right on the beach and the perfect size for our family of 5. The balcony view was breath taking. We will definitely be coming back here.

What we wanted and needed!!

My family wanted a stay ON the beach! We got just that! Location was perfect! Although not a private beach, it was like a private beach. Walk right out to the beach and set up our things from sunrise to sunsets- PERFECT!! The property was clean and comfy. We will be staying here again for our next Florida trip.

Love the beach location. Short walk to Candy Kitchen!! This could be dangerous, lol. Ready to book it again! Property is as described. Property manager was excellent at answering any question and quick to get a broken dryer latch repaired ASAP.

We found the home to be very beautiful, comforting and in a great location on the beach. I do believe that it would be easier if you had a key pick up lockbox on site of the property to pick up and drop off. It is a pain in the rear to have to drive all the way and find the place to pick keys up especially when you arrive after hours in the dark and do not know the area. Otherwise it was beautiful and we had a great time, thank you.

Nice beachfront rental

The condo is as advertised. Right in redington beach - quiet community in the st Petersburg area. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. A couple of notes - the balcony overlooking the pool and beach was lovely although the balcony is shared with the condo next door. It wasn't a problem for us since we were the only occupants this weekend but could be an issue with rowdy neighbors. The kitchen was sparsely provisioned - incomplete sets of dinnerware, silverware, etc. many were chipped and all were well used. There were Minimal cooking utensils and pots - most are well used and could do with being replaced. Linens and towels were provided but no beach towels were included. Checkin/out was cumbersome. Had to travel 20 minutes south to the rental office. In this day and age, it's hard to understand why electronic locks can't be provided. Overall nice property and location. We would rent again.

Relaxing & Quiet

Before getting into the unit you have to drive a few miles out of the way to pick up the key from a lock box and at the end of your stay you have to drop these keys off at the same location. Instructions provided via email were easy to follow. Despite a hiccup related to hurricane Ian, our stay was relaxing and without interruptions. After our first night and day we requested an additional night to be added to our stay because we loved the unit and location so much! A response to our inquiry was provided in less than 24 hours over a weekend. Check out instructions were simple and not onerous. The unit is large and easily provides space for two couples or a family of 4. The back balcony was spacious with chairs and a table for dining alfresco or just sitting sitting back with a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the waves or read a good book. The sunsets were breathtaking and next level amazing! The pool had plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate guests for all the units as well as a covered seating area with couches. The pool was clean and crystal clear. Just a few short steps from the pool and you’re sinking your feet in white soft sand to play in the small waves of the warm Gulf. The location is within walking distance to a few restaurants and a super short drive to John’s Pass or Treasure Island. The only things I didn’t like were the firm bed mattresses and one toilet didn’t flush very well. Overall, minor issues. 9/10 would stay here again!

The description said no smoking in the condos no mention that there was no smoking on the balcony or property at all. It was check in time before I received a text saying that it was a 100% smoke free property was not happy

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location is great, right by a park and of course on the beach. Unfortunately, the furnishings in the condo are very subpar - old, dated couch, only 1 lounge chair in the living room, mattresses unbelievably uncomfortable, no beach towels, not even a clock radio in the bedroom, no working blinds in the kids bedroom. Plus you can hear everything in the unit below and beside (including a check in at 2 in the morning???) Bizarre. We've stayed in the area many years and thought this would be a great condo because of the smaller building size, but we were disappointed.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in 2 condos for the March break. The location is wonderful and is great for both families and the more mature. This is the third time we have stayed here and I only have 2 complaints; I wish there was a gas BBQ and the pillows on the beds are terrible. Otherwise it is fabulous!

Condo needs updating!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location! The condo is in need of attention. The furniture is disgusting! The bed is uncomfortable and loud every time you move. The unit feels dirty even upon arrival. The furniture on the patio is uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Again, we love the location and would come here year after year if it felt like the owner actually cared to give the units some TLC. We have stayed in this facility 6 times in the past 10 years, and other than new tv's and a dryer in one unit nothing has changed. We will not return until the condos are updated!

Christmas Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we stayed here and there have been noticeable improvements since we were there about 11 years ago. Our only complaint would be the noise levels coming from the other units and we're talking just normal walking and rolling luggage. It's surprising how loud it was and we were on the top floor so I can only imagine what the people below us heard. You couldn't ask for a better location, just steps to the beach and clean pool. We're from Ohio so we are used to cold water and but for late December we were surprised how warm the Gulf was and couldn't have asked for a warmer pool. We cooked more than half our meals and the kitchen was adequate but could have used a couple extra items like sugar and a few more spices. It was nice to find beach chairs to use but a noodle or two for the pool would be great. Overall condition of the unit was very good I would say the refrigerator and showers/tub were looking a little tired but everything worked fine and was clean.
