Wonderful views from nice balconyeasy and convenient kitchen/cooking appliances/utensils (need ice-cube trays and a salad spinner).Washer/dryer easy to use and convenient.Comfortable beds and furniture.Unheated pool that is in the shade most of the day.Floors under furniture had not been cleaned, dusted or swept.

The condo was just as pictured, and even better in person! The owners were very thoughtful when stocking the cupboards, as it had everything we needed! There was even a cooler and a beach bag, which was so helpful since we flew in from NY. The property was quiet and safe. Every condo on the property has a great view. There were a few bars and restaurants right near us , but John’s Pass was easily in walking distance or a quick drive. It is a quiet area in late February, which we loved, but if you are looking for a busy touristy vibe, this might not be your place. The property management was very helpful with the small issues we had with wi-fi and getting into the property a little late due to cleaning. We really loved it and are already looking at dates for next year!

It was a beautiful place with a gorgeous view! Everything you could want or need for a 2 week trip, from a well stocked kitchen to beach chairs etc.. Walking distance to several restaurants too.

The condo had everything that we needed. In fact my husband likes to sleep with a fan and we were concerned that he may have trouble sleeping. Turns out the property had ceiling fans and box fans. The beach chairs and umbrella was great and the view was spectacular. Loved watching the pelicans! We will definitely stay again! Cant wait to come back.

“What a beautiful view” is all we kept saying all week long. The closeness of the condo to the beach and the ocean, as if you could just touch it from the chair on the balcony, was awesome. The condo is actually bigger than I thought it would be. But it looks just like the pictures. It was a much needed getaway. The area of the beach was not too busy, and I love the fact that it says no smoking. It was nice to not have to smell that. It was peaceful, even with nearby construction. The town took a hit from the last hurricane and I 100% support helping this town out by booking your vacation here. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from or if you just wanna get your groceries from Publix.There is a French bakery about five minutes towards Redington Beach and it was scrumptious. Great stay - thank you and enjoy the pictures from the condo. Rainbows & dolphins were viewed on a regular basis

Our family absolutely loved the condo! The kids shared the bedroom with 3 beds; an amazing and desired set up for our family. The bunk bed is a bit older/wobbly and some pillows had old stains. Otherwise, we honestly have no complaints. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We could watch the dolphins just about every morning. They were swimming around the sandbar, most likely hunting for food. The beach was not crowded at all, friendly families and neighbors. Overall, we would definitely return.

This property was amazing! Updated condo that was beautifully decorated. All the little extras like pots, pans, dishes, glasses was a huge plus! Many board games, books and movies. Perfect for family. Unit was very clean! We will 100% book this unit again! Thank you for a relaxing vacation!

Lovely Condo, great view

Very nice, well maintained condo. Right on the beach in a quiet stretch that was never crowded. The balcony was prefect with four nice tall chairs to see the water. Was very nice having a sliding door in the family room and the master bedroom. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable couch which we appreciated. There is definitely still some construction going on from the hurricane but it didn't negatively affect our trip much. The parking spot was nice that it was covered under the building and not in the heat but it was tight down there and I imagine it would have been very challenging to park if there was a car in the spot next to us. (Thankfully there wasn't one the whole time we were there. ) Overall we loved the place and had a nice relaxing week.

Post Hurricane Retreat

Our condo unit itself was very nice , clean etc. I would recommend updating the kitchenware such as pots & pans. My complaint lies with the condo building and those responsible for booking my vacation. They were not forthcoming with the conditions of the condo facility. Elevator was out the first few days of our trip, no pool , and very dangerous half hearted steps leading to the beach . I know there was a hurricane no fault of anyone but at least be forthcoming as to the conditions of the facility. I would’ve stayed elsewhere had I known. Too much money for such questionable conditions. Again I was very happy with our specific unit .

I knew I would be in a construction site and things would be challenging post hurricanes but I had an urgent need to be there that week. With no elevator I agreed to stay on 1st floor. Even with discount it was very expensive considering I was the only tenant for the week. Condo inside was very nice and clean.

Excellent Getaway

The condo is clean and continently located. Our family loves the area and has stayed in this condo twice. Dolphins off the balcony in the morning and just a few steps to the sandy beach.

All about the view

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We sat on the patio everyday and watched dolphins. Plenty of towels and pillows. The top bunk in the second bedroom is definitely for a child. Wobbly and painful to step up the rungs. But we had plenty of room. My only con was the shower head in the master bathroom. It’s more of a “mist”. We would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking at this as a place to stay.

This condo was fabulous and had everything you could need! The washer/dryer came in so handy and the beach chairs and umbrella were great. It was super clean and nicely decorated and the views were incredible. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for cheer summit in Tampa and will absolutely stay next year perfect location gas station across the street Kohns Pass a 2 min drive St Pete was a half hr beach and pool were great for kids going back and forth. Beach chairs and sand toys for the kids were great and it was not busy end April. Host was readily available via text we had an amazing experience and would stay again 100%

A rainy week in paradise

The location and amenities made a rainy week enjoyable. The small Christmas tree was a wonderful touch for this time of the year. We look forward to staying again in the future. One note for awareness… the Wi-Fi is 5g so some older devices will not connect. We had an older laptop and a Kindle that could not; however our phones and iPads worked just fine.

Amazing view!!

We had an amazing week in 201...plenty of restaurants in the area. Went on Hubbards 3 hour shell key tour and the sunset cruise. Highly recommend!! Condo was very comfortable and clean. Gorgeous view from the balcony especially with high top chairs. Couple of suggestions... when booking go through i-trip vacations and not vrbo. Vrbo has service charge and i-trip has host fees. Also maybe a few cleaning supplies in the condo would be great...lysol wipes etc. Starter packages were very nice but cleaning supplies could be added. Would definitely book again if back in the area. Thanks!!

Beautiful stay

The property was an absolute joy to spend our vacation in. Without a doubt the best vacation rental we've used to this point. It was the cleanest as well. 100% as advertised. Beautiful ocean views, close proximity to great food and activities. Loved the chairs and tables on the balcony, where we spent alot of time enjoying the beautiful gulf view and sunsets. We really felt at home. Will return!

Amazing!

My family hasn’t been away since 2019 and were due for a get away. This condo was perfect! We enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning around 7:45 am. The beach was never crowded and at times it was as if we had it to ourselves. The condo is perfectly located right at the ocean so we easily go in for breaks or meals. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for a family of four. Having a working washer and dryer was a huge bonus! I was able to wash things as needed and come home with a lot less laundry to do. We definitely will head back that way and hope to get the same place!
