Located on the 3rd floor directly in the center of the complex, you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets and dolphin watching from the oversized balcony. Relax at the pool with palm trees and tiki huts. Vacation your way...there is a gas grill in the pool area or several restaurants within an easy walk. Experience luxury at the beach with the best SEAVIEW!!

Unit Features:

The updated kitchen is beautiful! White wood cabinets are complemented with granite countertops. A floor to ceiling pantry will hold all of your grocery items and more! The kitchen comes equipped with double stainless steel sink w/disposal, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and is fully stocked with small appliances and cookware. The Magnolia farm table seats 10- perfect for playing games and dining together. The living/dining room combination is themed in neutral decor with leather furniture perfect for cozy vacation living. Complete with big screen plasma TV and plenty of seating for family gatherings, you will feel right at home in this amazing unit! Bring the outdoors indoors with your double disappearing sliding glass doors that open to your private oceanfront patio.

Bed/Bath:

The Master bedroom features a king size Magnolia bed and master bath with over sized walk-in shower, wrap around mirrors, separate dressing area and large walk-in closet. You will enjoy the sound of the ocean from your master bedroom that sits gulf side and opens to your private patio. The first guest bedroom provides 2 queen size Magnolia beds, plenty of dresser drawer space and a large walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom provides another Queen bed and a large closet. All bedrooms have mounted TVs. The beautiful guest bathroom is centrally located and provides a tub/shower combo, double sinks and lots of storage space! This unit comes complete with an in-suite laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and all linens. There is also a beach closet with chairs, toys, and towels.

PARKING
One assigned space under the building comes with the condo. Visitor parking is available in the outside lot on a first come, first serve basis.

Beautiful unit, beautiful view! We have stayed here multiple times and love the updates to the condo. It is well stocked - beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, games and every applicance you could need. Very clean and welcoming. We will be back next year.

Wonderful property. Perfect location, right on the beach, with hot tub, pool, and covered parking space. The unit has a very well stocked kitchen with both keurig and drip coffeemakers, plus numerous small appliances, pots, pans, etc. Spacious deck overlooked the water and had lots of seating. Unit had beach towels, chairs, and toys -all appreciated! Bring your own coffee. Bathroom softsoap is provided but no other toiletries. Great stay, very clean, comfortable, and pretty place!

We have stayed at a lot of condos along Gulf Blvd through the years and this particular condo was our favorite. The actual condo is redone tastefully and is very nice, but still comfortable. The furnishings are all comfortable especially the couches with the footrests. Every room had a fan available which for us was perfect. The condo had more kitchen items then we have ever experienced. Not to mention the pantry had left over paper plates, sandwich bags, dishwasher and laundry tablets which was super nice. On the counter Paula had left any and all information we might need and on the table by the main television she left a list of the television channels and trouble shooting information for the televisions. She truly thought of everything. I can tend to be OCD about cleanliness and this condo was spotless, top to bottom. As for the outside space........the balconys at SeaView are definitely the largest around, the view is second to none. We stay at a condo on the beach because we love the beach/Gulf. The balcony easily allowed all 7 of us to sit outside at the same time with plenty of room available. We saw several dolphins every single morning while sitting out there drinking our coffee.The pool area is wonderful. The pool was never crowded and the other guests were all respectful.I highly recommend staying at this condo. Paula responded to any inquiries I had immediately. She was a joy to deal with. We are beyond thankful and blessed to have stayed at this condo.

We recently returned from celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our family at this wonderful condo. Great location, beautiful ocean views. This condo was everything it claimed to be. Spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture both indoors as well as the large balcony. An extra perk was having beach chairs, kids sand toys, floaties, umbrellas and beach towels provided in the condo. The mattresses were all very comfortable ( which is very important to us) and the master bedroom/en-suite was spacious with lots and lots of cabinet/ storage space. Everyone enjoyed their time swimming in the pool or in the warm Gulf. The pool area has ample amount of comfortable beach loungers to accommodate lots of people as well as shaded spaces when needed. I would highly recommend this condo and would return in a heart beat!

This was our fourth girls trip and your unit was by far our best yet!!! So many nice touches that made it extra special- beach chairs and towels, cooler, kitchen amenities. And the cleaning crew and maintenance man went above and beyond finding us the next day on the beach thinking we lost a piece of jewelry they found. The early check in was also greatly appreciated!!! We would love to come back.

LOVED OUR STAY

We’ve been to this area several times over the years and this is now our favorite. The condo was immaculate, amazing views, the kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed, beds were comfortable and the maintenance staff did a fantastic job of keeping the pool clean daily. We could walk across the street to a couple restaurants and bars. John’s Pass was a two minute drive. Perfect for our family!

We have stayed in I think 7 condos at Medeira Beach and this was the best of them all. Clean great furnishings and loved the reclining theater chairs. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. We just loved it. Any questions we had for owners were answered very promptly. Also had anything you could think of in the kitchen. Only thing I would change is it needs curtains in the front bedrooms to keep the light out, but other than that, the place was perfect.

This is our 2nd time staying in this condo complex and we love it! 303 had everything we needed and more - plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, raft, sand toys, cooler, small appliances, pots, pans, games, utensils, blankets, magnified mirrors (for my old eyes) and even a countertop ice maker! Paula is fabulous and very responsive!

Perfect location on Madeira Beach!

The property is great for our family of five! Nicely stocked kitchen. Lots of beach towels available for use. We’ve stayed at this complex many times over the past 14 years and it’s nice to see all the updates to the units. Great communication with the owner, Paula, and we appreciated the notification we could check in early. The area still has a lot of post hurricane construction going on but it didn’t affect our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing beach condo!

I love escaping the north to enjoy the sounds of waves right outside my window! This unit is set up perfectly to lounge and have game nights! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. The beds are super comfy and the place is charming! The building is extremely well maintained...as is this unit. And the owner is very friendly and professional!I look forward to going there every year!

Excellent vacation

The condo had the largest balcony that we have ever had. Both sliding doors slide open to allow for indoor outdoor living. The swimming pool was heated to a nice temperature for winter swimming. The parking space is conveniently located near the pool and elevator. there are several beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, and sand toys in the condo. You won’t need to bring much to enjoy your stay. We had plenty of beach and bath towels. There was also plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and even laundry detergent supplied.
