Esitetty Hallmark-elokuvassa "Rakkaus auringossa", Tropical Bungalow -huoneisto sijaitsee alkuperäisen Safety Harbor -hotellin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, Main Street, rakennettu vuonna 1914. Huoneistossa on kaikki kodin mukavuudet. Inn on aivan keskustassa Safety Harbor -keskuksessa, 15 minuutin päässä Clearwaterista (PIE) ja Tampan kansainväliseltä lentokentältä (TPA), 10 mailia Clearwaterin valkoisiin hiekkarantoihin, 17 mailia Pietariin. Tämä on täydellinen kotipesä Persianlahden seikkailuihin.
Avaruus

Huoneistossa on rento trooppinen floridalainen tunnelma, jota voit odottaa paikalliselta suunnittelijalta (joka omistaa myös Paulen painikkeet rakennuksen ensimmäisessä kerroksessa) tyylikkäillä huonekaluilla ja hauskoilla lisäominaisuuksilla. Tila uusittiin tyhjästä, ja se on sisustettu mukavuuttasi ajatellen. Siirtyvä tila tuntuu heti kodilta. Suihkukaappi on varustettu muhkeilla pyyhkeillä. Queen-sänky on valmistettu rehevästi tukevilla ja pehmeillä tyynyillä ja heiteillä, hyvillä lukuvaloilla ja vaatekaappilla. Keittiö, olohuone (ulosvedettävä sohva) ja ruokasali sisätiloissa ovat yksi avoin tila. Keittiössä on täysikokoiset kodinkoneet, keittiövälineet, ruokailuvälineet ja tarpeet ihmisille, jotka rakastavat kokata, nauttia aamukahvia tai palvella vain take-takejaan.

Harbor Inn on Main sijaitsee rauhallisella kadulla, kävelyetäisyydellä monista ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista, panimoista, pubeista ja musiikkipaikoista. Beautiful weekend visit

We spent three days visiting friends and the location was perfect! We were able to walk every where and the cottage was clean and tropically decorated. A fun town to visit and lots of weekend events were going on. Looking forward to our next stay.

Visit with son

The location in downtown Safety Harbor was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and clean. There was a full size refrigerator so we could prepare our meals and store the leftovers. We could easily get to restaurants and bars plus we were in town for the July 4th parade and fireworks. Our son lived a block away in a small apartment so we got together every day. Great visit.

location location location

The place was perfect and we had a dog and parrot with us . We were just off main street and convenient or a short walk form many stores and restaurants. The condo had a full kitchen a living room and bathroom and a nice little out door patio. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely go back again. The host was available as needed and willing to acomodate us if needed. The community is very dog friendly and provided easy walking to several stores and restaurants as well as restaurants that were dog friendly as well. Overall a very good experience , a no hassle and comfortable stay. Thumbs up to the host great job.

Love Safety Harbor and Paula's Tropical Bungalow

Loved our stay! The tropical Bungalow has a small, private patio located on a side street. It was so nice to enjoy our coffee and 'wake up time' outside. We travel with a small dog and I feel comfortable walking at night in the neighborhood. The bungalow was very clean, furniture comfortable, location central to SH. Music from the restaurants usually ends around 10/11 pm.

Pros great location for walking in Safety Harbor and shoreline. We love this town! Close to pet-friendly restaurants and entertainment Mostly hidden front patio great place to sit and enjoy the weather Good water pressure with plenty of hot water Comfortable couch with modern TV Area is friendly and low-crime Furnace/AC apparently in good working order. Comfortable bed Cons Upon arrival, found cleaning well below expectations. Grimy area rug. Blinds dusty. Accumulated dust in not easy to access areas, such as under furniture. Bathroom floor needs a good scrubbing. Moldy kitchen sink stopper. Kitchen cabinets grimy at handles. Dirty around air handling ducts. Vacuum cleaner waste bin stored in open eating area and full of debris. Some mold in refrigerator. Kitchen garbage container damaged wall. Bathroom could use a refresh. Local painting and tile repair unprofessional. Need to hold toilet handle down to complete flush. Large drapery near tub a nuisance due to small area. Tub finish worn. Window screen worn. Could use a small dishwasher and stackable laundry center. There is room for both. Must drive to a coin-operated laundry. Regret staying longer than two weeks Bring your own wine and martini glassware. Closet needs TLC. Rack support arm disconnected. Attic access sealed with painter’s and duct tape. WIFI TV needs more internet speed. Often interrupted with “circle of death”. Eating area stools not of great quality or sturdiness. Smoke detector in common area not in working order. This is a fire code violation. Padding on patio chair pads moldy. Not a great value. Paid a lot for what we got.

Quiet and Comfortable

This property was adorably decorated, clean, cozy and quiet. It has everything you needed including a Brita for water, coffee essentials and soaps. The bed was super comfortable. So many things within walking distance. Will certainly be back.

Our son an daughter in law stay there and were so pleased with the apartment had no complaints or problems .The location was excellent in downtown Safety Harbor . It also was close to Regency Oaks retirement community where we live. They suggested we attempt to get this anytime our daughter and her husband are in town

We were disappointed with the location and uncomfortable enough with surrounding issues that even though we had paid for two nights, we did not stay after seeing it. We walked in and looked around and locked up and left.

Stop searching and book now!

Searching for lodging is, hands down, the most stressful part of trip planning to me. I don't know the area, don't know how accurately the photos show the space, don't know how noisy it might be, etc. My wife and I were making this a working trip, so we needed enough work space and fast enough internet. She set up at a table by the front door (which has been added since the listing pictures were taken), and since I like to lounge, I just used the bed. Speed test showed around 100Mb/s down and 20 up, so no worries about network speed. While we didn't get a chance to explore the town of Safety Harbor, it looked very nice, and was very quiet. The space itself is located on a side street with very little traffic. and about the only noise you'll hear is the occasional squawk of the parrot at the shop next door. The space itself was clean and comfortable. Everything was in great condition. In the kitchen area, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine. There is a Keurig brewer and a nice selection of cups to choose from. There is no dishwasher, so you'll have to hand-wash your dishes. Oil, spices (including salt and pepper), etc. are not provided, so if you're going to do any cooking, be sure to pick up what you need when you get your groceries. The bathroom is nice and everything worked as it should. Nice towels are provided. While there was a bottle of liquid hand soap at the bathroom sink, there was no kind of soap in the shower/tub. We picked some up on our grocery run. That's the only negative thing I have to say about this property, and it's so minor an issue that I think says how good of a stay it was. Like the rest of the space, the bedroom was clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows to suit your needs. No matter how nice a place is, things can break. We have all either experienced or read reviews where the host doesn't fix problems. Rest assured that isn't the case here. On our last full day, we realized the temperature was creeping up, and that the air coming out of the vents wasn't cold. I walked over to Paula's shop and spoke to the woman working there. She quickly started things in motion. Someone was there in about ten minutes to start checking things out to see if it was anything obvious (he was amazingly nice and apologetic about it as well). When he was unable to get it sorted, he brought in a portable unit to cool things off. Their HVAC contractor then came and got everything fixed. Well done!

Family summer vacation

It was clean, very friendly little town. Close to diners where we could walk for dinner, ice cream, or Starbucks. Maintenance was on the grounds working on other units and they were very friendly always made sure we had what we needed if we needed anything. Overall very cute little place for the time we needed it. Only thing we didn’t like was not having direct access to washer and dryer. I didn’t pay attention when I rented it especially since we spent so much time on the beach and needed to wash our bathing suits and towels each time.

The Tropical Bungalow is a great place to stay!

This place is adorable! We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting to relocate to our new home and LOVED it! Great location just off Main Street's many restaurants and shops, and easy walk to the pier on the bay. It was super clean when we arrived and our host, Paula, was always quick to respond. We would definitely come back here again!!
