Great place to stay on Madeira Beach!!!

Condo was nice. Comfy bed in master. Great balcony. Have one complaint about lock to building. Very hard to open. Heard several other guests speaking of the same issue. Would stay here again.

Great unit and location

We had a great week at Trillium 4A. Pros: The view is so nice. We spent most of our time on the balcony. The unit has everything you need to cook. You can walk out to the beach or use the pool. We were lucky the week we visited that not many were using the pool so it was quiet. We did use a couple of the beach chairs so that was nice to have. We liked having Caddy's next door for snacks and drinks. We also enjoyed Sweet Brewnette across the street for breakfast. Cons: Having to check in and out at a different location and the rental company just sends auto generated messages (not a person to message with). I couldn't ask questions about the individual unit when wondering what to pack. Overall the unit was wonderful. We would stay here again.

Can't beat that gorgeous Golf View :-)

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Trillium condos. The pictures and description are very accurate in describing the condo and the area. The kitchen is plenty big and there is plenty of cupboard storage. You are just moments away from St. John's Pass and all the fun there. If you choose to travel North to Indian Rocks there is a wide variety of really tasty restaurants to choose from. Frog Pond is a must for breakfast! One really really fabulous thing about the condo is the deck on the road side. What a gem! In the afternoon it is too hot to sit on the ocean side. We would gather there for happy hour in the afternoon. The back deck is also very pretty at night to see all the lights. It would have been really nice if there were chairs on that deck. (just a few cheap plastic ones would have sufficed) The condo itself has a few minor things that are really tired and need replacing. The skillet pan is unusable. It was dirty when we arrived- after cleaning it and trying to make breakfast it was past usable. It would be really nice to have room darkening blinds in the bedrooms as they are east facing. The condo itself could use a good deep cleaning- a blouse fell off my hanger in the closet and it was COVERED in thick dust from the closet floor. Check in and out process is a pain because you have to pick up and drop off your keys from a separate location. We spoke to the property manager and they let us leave the keys on the counter- which was kind and saved time.

Great view of the gulf

This property was everything we hoped for. The beds being comfortable was a big relief as my last stay at another Madeira Beach condo left a lot to be desired. The space was functional for the most part. The only thing that really bugged me was the hallway bathroom door opens out into the hallway which is a narrow space making it a bit dangerous if you happen to be on the other side. Overall though, that's not an issue that would keep me from renting again. My kids loved their bedroom and having their own balcony made them feel "fancy." The building itself was clean and well maintained. Be aware that if you have a covered parking spot, it is extremely narrow to get in and out of your space. Again, that is far from a deterrent to rent, but more of a warning that a full size truck will most likely not fit. The view was beyond spectacular along with having those HUGE sliding doors made the living space immensely enjoyable.

Madeira beach condo

The condo itself was beautiful. There wasn’t enough trash bags or Tp so we had to buy our own. The worst part was the parking. The management company knew we were having family join us but there was no parking for them so we had to pay for a spot in a parking garage 2 miles away. We also got a phone call accusing us of smoking on an outside balcony. There were no smoking signs inside the condo but none outside. My husband had a cigar outside and we got treated like a child. We won’t stay there again because of all of this.

Loved it!

This place was amazing and the view was spectacular!! Condo was exactly as advertised. The only complaint is the blinds very much need replacing in second bedroom. Maintenance came to repair but really could do much. Just replaced one slat. Light shined in from street every night and couldn’t open or close. That was aggravating but livable. That being said, we loved this place. Had a wonderful trip and next trip would very much love to stay here again. Thank you so much.

The view was priceless

The condo was very nice and spacious. We liked the security measures, ie.. codes to enter key for gate ect. The internet and cable tvs worked great. We did notice a lot of dust on some things like shelves and decor and the shams smelled like humans but we brought detergent and there was a washer and dryer to wash it but it should have been washed before we got there, which we attribute to the cleaning company not doing as good a job as they should. A lot of The dishes needed washing before use from not being used or washed in a while. I’m guessing the cleaning co doesn’t clean everything when they clean for the next family.. The pots and pans were really bad not usable but we had family nearby that brought us some over. There was only one trash bag so bring all paper products ect bc the quality of the ones provided was not the best for sure. Lots of linens pillows and towels provided. The ac worked fantastic kept the place really cool. The elevator was awesome to have. Besides these details the stay was amazing and the location is one of the BEST! Beach was right out the door! Beach was not crowded and looked like a private beach where we set up every morning and took down every night your stuff is safe!

Nice property. Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would the supply of toliet paper and paper towels and towels and wash cloths. The toliet paper and paper towels were very thin and were like using sand paper. For a condo that sleeps 6 and cost you would think there would be ample supply of towels and wash cloths. There is one of each for each person. After that you either buy more or wash towels and wash cloths every day. Who wants wash towels and wash cloths everyday? Not me. I am on vacation. The view was georgeous!

Could use some changes

Overall the experience was good. Checkin process is not convenient, received text with instructions after my checkin time, and to obtain the keys and parking permit is 4 miles away, which doesn’t seem far, but in traffic it took awhile. Parking space is small and difficult to get into. Made it work, (full size sedan) but larger vehicles would be difficult. There were plenty of linens for use. Kitchen was well stocked, almost over stocked with no where to put food away if purchased for week stay. Water/ice filter in fridge had zero days until it needed changed, and ice maker didn’t work in freezer only in door. Two of the three beach chairs were functional, and there were some sand buckets and a boogie board, but nothing else for the beach. There is no cooler supplied for use either, so if you fly there you’ll need to purchase one for your stay. Washer/dryer inside condo was nice to have but had a lot of sand inside both. There were starters of toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, dish washer soap, and trash bags. No blow dryer, which wasn’t listed as an amenity but would be great to have at least one. Beach was clean, not overly crowded, but there is a public access walkway on each side of the condo, which seems like locking the beach gate, is pointless. Pool was clean, pool chairs are old and rusting. Max load of pool is 9 people Mattresses in second room could be replaced, worn out, squeaky. Master mattress is ok.

Wonderful and relaxing!

From start to end our rental property was absolutely wonderful! The layout the condo was exactly as shown and the views of the Gulf were breathtaking. We enjoyed dolphin watching each afternoon from the balcony! The condo was fully equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, and even an umbrella and pop-up tent which was very useful for our family. We look forward to making a return to the Tirillum in the future!

Panoramic View of the Ocean

There is nothing better than having a panoramic view of the ocean without even leaving the room. This property has just that. It's clean, modern and has everything my family needed. The kitchen was well organized when we arrived. We were able to find everything that we need. All the appliances are top of the line. The bedrooms are really nice especially the second bedroom which comes with two full-size beds. Parking is on the property. We got a completely shaded parking which is really nice under the Florida heat. The location of this property is also very convenient. We had visited many beaches along the Gulf Blvd and would walk to John's Pass Village just about every evening. We want to thank the owner of this property for having provided your home and helped make such a wonderful memory for my family.

Comfortable Gulf front condo with large unobstructed balcony.

Throughly enjoyed 9 nights. Enough kitchen assessories enabling guests to make meals. Sadly, further detail could have been addressed to finite cleaning. (Sticky cupboard doors and handles, light bulbs out, fans and light fixtures heavy with dust, fingerprints on the sliders from previous guests.)

Little Piece of Paradise!!

The property was absolutely lovely. It is, as depicted on line. I immediately felt right at home. The balcony was amazing and made me feel like part of everything without moving a muscle. My only complaint (and I hate to call it a complaint), is that there could have been a little more attention paid to cleaning: the beautiful windows of glass, the ceiling fans, remotes. Also, it would have been nice not to have to buy detergent, dish washing liquid, aluminum foil, paper plates, etc. There are basic things that would be helpful even if you’re only staying a week (ziplock bags, press and seal, cleaners, sponges, even salt and paper). None of these things are expensive and can be purchased at a local dollar store and would be very helpful to anyone staying one night, one week or one month. Overall, I am so glad that I accidentally ended up here. My search began (on line) in Sarasota and 3 days later, I ran across this lovely place and it’s centrally located town. You too will be happy if you stay here. My only regret - I couldn’t stay longer, well and that red tide was present. Still, I was very happy to be there. Thanks for allowing our visit.
