We loved the view and the place had a great lay out. Having higher furniture on the balcony was wonderful as you sit above the railings so was perfect for unobstructed to see up and down the beach and the full sunsets.

We have a nice time even with tropical storm Debby. The condo is very nice and clean and has beautiful views.

Absolutely Perfect

We had a wonderful vacation in 5B with perfect weather. We had planned going out for dinner but our condo and balcony view with beautiful sunsets kept us staying at The Trillium. We bought groceries at Publix (which is insanely expensive) and relaxed. The appliances were brand new and we could tell the owners did a lot of work updating everything. The beds were on the firm side but we were happy because we like that. The beach was not crowded in front of The Trillium and we met a lot of wonderful people staying at The Trillium that go back every year because it’s just perfect. It’s hard to find many negatives but the kitchen could use some potholders. In the master bedroom the closet, bathroom and bedroom doors all made a cluster in one area making it annoying to move around. The water pressure was great and the freezer made wonderful ice balls! There were plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet for us to use. We will be back!!

Wonderful view

The balcony & view were the highlight of our stay. The building was supposed to be non smoking but it was not enforced even when we complained to management. The smoke drifted up into our unit off & on all day 8am to 10pm. We could not leave the door wall open. The construction 3 buildings down was not only noisy but the diesel fuel was terrible to breath. We left 3 days early. Couldn’t take it anymore. The pool heater did not work the first 2 1/2 weeks out of the 4 we were supposed to be there, and the weather was chilly early February so no swimming, the water was really cold. The unit we stayed in was for sale & we were told we “had” to let the inspector in cause it was in our rental contract. I looked all through the contract and it did not state that but the rental company said the inspector would be there anyway cause they had the door code. He was there 2 hours out of our day. Then a couple days later an appraiser came to look at the condo. So, advise if you cannot tolerate smoke, whether for health reasons or other, check to see when making reservations if the “no smoking” policy is enforced, the pool is heated, if the unit is for sale and if there is construction nearby. Again, the beach & view are beautiful.

Great location

Comfortable condo but definitely needs a deep cleaning and some upgrades to furniture. The kitchen is fairly well equipped and hair dryer in bathrooms although we had to buy a sheet pan because there was only a rusty one. Also bought new bathroom and kitchen rugs because they had not been cleaned in a long time. Hopefully the owners will replace some things that are truly getting old! Had a great view though!!

Amazing View and Location

This property is right on the beach with views that were amazing. The rental company was always quick to reply with any questions we had. There were some beach chairs left in the closet when we stayed. Overall it was an amazing stay.

Honest review

Walking into the building the condo was clean, and smelled great. The view was great, the check in process was a little different than other places I’ve stayed at before. Kid friendly, and the owners had great communication. Overall would stay again!

Best vacay ever!

This unit is absolutely stunning. The decor is beautiful and the unit is well stocked. Very very clean. There a few beach chairs and beach toys in the unit. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! You step right onto the beach! I must say whoever owns this unit takes pride in it. Some restaurants are within walking distance. I do recommend a car or trolley to get to other restaurants and the grocery store. We rented through Resorts Rentals in St Pete's. They were the greateast gals. Always very helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Great location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, adequate kitchen supplies, great views of the gulf, comfortable enough seating in living room and on the balcony. Only complaint would be the master bedroom bed, not very comfortable with the egg carton foam on it and very squeaky, time for a new one! Overall though it’s a great unit! Thanks! Amazing Views -

This place is was super clean and the views from every room were breathtaking. Every morning we opened the sliding glass doors and listened to the ocean and watched the dolphins. I loved that this was directly on a beautiful beach. We walked two doors down and ate on the deck at Cabbys. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely will be back.

Excellent Vacation

This Condo was amazing. Great view from every room. We saw dolphin right outside our window everyday, had everything we needed. No complaints? Everything was exceptional! Will Definitely be back.

Nice condo, beautiful sunset’s

Clean well appointed condo. Beach was beautiful, clean nice for families. Great location. We walked 2 doors down to have dinner and jumped in the car just 4 minutes away from John’s pass. If I could leave a suggestion it would be to have written instructions for all the t.v remotes. Every t.v had two , I never could get the master bedroom to work..no big deal.

Awesome views of Gulf of Mexico

We were celebrating our 50th Wedding anniversary!!Resort Rentals made it special with a nice gift bag and card!!Very friendly and nice staff We were totally excited to walk into the condo and see the water..beautiful views !!! Condo was Exceptionally clean and comfortable . Plenty of towels, nice linens. Kitchen well equipped Our only disappointment, We have back issues and had wanted a place with recliners and we had been told the chairs were. However the chairs were swivel rockers and not very comfortable

Great location, only 15 units

Condo is on a great location on the beach. Smaller condo with only 15 units which we liked. Layout was good with both bedrooms having a view of the gulf. Parking was a bit of a pain, spaces were tight. Our unit had an issue when it rained with water coming under the balcony doors but I believe that was getting repaired after we left. Overall it was a wonderful two weeks and we will stay there again.

Beautiful Beach View

The condo is located in a great area for walking and we really enjoyed the fabulous Gulf view and sunsets. Both bedrooms have views of the Gulf and we enjoyed listening to the waves crashing on the shore. There are public tennis courts less than one mile from the condo as well as a grocery store. The kitchen is well appointed and the condo unit was comfortable.

Very nice space!

We enjoyed the space (2 full beds and baths)... nice space for kitchen and living areas. The best part were the views/sounds (ocean, sunset, dolphin-boat-people watching)!!

Meet expectations

All processes from booking to check-out are well organized. The condo is equipped with all things needed for the stay, but can opener and mop. The location is very nice for those who are less interested in crowds and parties. The beach is nice and clean.

Pretty good stay that could’ve been great!

Condo location is great! The condo itself was ok but not for the the money paid. The ceiling and walls need painting, air filter was filthy which resulted in the ceiling looking like it was moldy but it wasn’t, one of the lights didn’t work and there was a wet spot in front of the sliding door in the master bedroom. Although the kitchen was updated the fridge was older. Originally not enough towels were supplied so we had ask for more. 2nd bedroom had a cheap armoire instead of a closet. Hopefully the owner takes more pride in ownership of this great condo.
