Uusi omistus tarkoittaa päivityksiä ja päivityksiä tähän ihastuttavaan, tilavaan 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyammeen rannan osakehuoneistoon. Nauti 4. kerroksen näkymistä Beach Palms -kompleksista, joka on erittäin halutun Indian Shores -alueen sydän, mutta joka on kuitenkin asetettu takaisin Gulf Blvd -kadulle tarjoamalla ylimääräistä seesteisyyttä. Olohuoneesta ja makuuhuoneesta on upeat näkymät rannalle ja lahdelle. Tai hypätä hissillä ja kokea kuohuviini uima-allas tai haudata varpaasi pehmeälle valkoiselle hiekkarannalle. Makuuhuoneessa urheilu king-size-vuode uusilla huonekaluilla, vaatehuone ja ovi parvekkeelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta (plus lisävuode) ja tilava vaatekaappi. Uudet muhkeat kylpy- ja rantapyyhkeet, lakanat ja tapaamiset erottavat lomakohteen toisistaan. Nykyaikainen keittiö on täysin varustettu päivitetyillä laitteilla ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu ovat yksikössä, jos haluat pakata valoa! Syö, grilli (uima-altaan äärellä) tai nauti lukuisista ruokailupaikoista lyhyen kävelymatkan tai ajomatkan päässä. Katettu pysäköinti on muutaman askeleen päässä hissistä, ja monimutkaiset tontit ovat tahrattomia ja turvallisia. Olen sitoutunut tekemään vierailustasi “Seaside Serendipity” yhden, jota vaalit (kunnes palaat!)

Great Condo and location!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 for the week. Short walk from condo to the white sand beach for all those back and forth trips for snacks and sun breaks. All the beach accessories you would need is provided by the owner. Beach service is also available! Perfect location for the short drive to visit Clearwater or St Pete Beach. Condo is fully furnished with everything you need! All you need to do is buy your groceries. There is a Walmart that is better for the price than Publix. Beds are all comfy too! The only suggestion I would make is to add a keypad to the front door. iavailable

Great beach front property

We enjoyed our stay at Indian shores. We loved how close it was to the beach, the beach views and having access to the beach chairs and extra beach supplies. My kids also loved having bunk beds.

Wonderful as always!!!

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here. The updates to the kitchen and guest bath are beautiful! Unit was spotless when we arrived. Only very small hiccup was an AC issue that was fixed immediately and Susan-owner- was in constant contact. We would choose this unit again and again. Thanks for having us!!!

Steps from the Beach

This condo is by far one of our most favorite rentals yet. It has a lovely view to the ocean from the 4th floor balcony and master suite. The proximity to the beach is excellent...you are literally an elevator ride and a VERY short walk to get those toes in the sand...and the water line is super close to the property! Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of 5 with a king bed in the master and a twin/full bunk and twin trundle in the 2nd bedroom. There is even a pull out loveseat that could sleep 1-2 more people. The condo is fully equipped for the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, you name it!) and the pool. The only downside to the pool is that the condo association closes it at 9pm sharp, which was disappointing because night swimming is a favorite with our crew. Per my wife, it is evident that the owner spends time at her condo because of the well equipped kitchen. She said that is it by far the best kitchen setup we have ever had in a vacation condo. The condo includes everything you will need to make meals during your stay including a crock pot! The condo itself is not in a "touristy" area, which we appreciate. However, there is plenty to do in the area whether you walk or drive. We loved this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Indian Shores.

Absolutely perfect location!

This space was perfect, very clean, enough space for everyone. Susan was a great host. She provided plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and plenty of cleaners. It was nice not to worry about getting paper products. We were either at the pool or beach, sometimes both, everyday. I really cannot say enough great things about this rental. Definitely can’t wait to come back to Indian Shores and stay at this unit! We all had a great time!

Wonderful Accomodations

The condo is beautiful and the kitchen and guest bath have been newly updated. From the balcony you can see the beach as well as the Intercoastal. It's conveniently located near great restaurants. The condo is stocked with virtually everything you need for your stay. The host is just a text away if there is a problem.

Well stocked!

This condo had an abundance of beach toys/chairs, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc! Very well stocked!! Beautiful and clean! The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the small bathroom is intense!!! We couldn’t use it to shower because of the pain the water inflicted!!😳Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Super Clean but Noisy

The unit was super clean but it is located near the back of the complex near Gulf Boulevard and it has ALOT of road noise. The master bedroom was difficult to sleep in because the road noise is so loud. Also on a few nights of the stay there were people on their balconies being loud until about 1 am and it was difficult to sleep in that master bedroom in the front. Also ALOT of children in the pool at all times, it was difficult to get in any pool time. So for these reasons I wouldn’t stay again at this unit.

Feels like our second home

We have stayed here for several years and always have a great experience. It is very clean and well cared for. The updated bathroom and kitchen are beautiful. We love the location right on the beach and close to shopping, grocery and restaurants.

The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everthing we needed to have a great time. It was also so beautifully decorated and beachy! Our kids loved all of the beach toys and boogie boards and we loved the fully stocked kitchen to make an improvised Thanksgiving dinner.

Comfortable & Relaxing

Property was in a beautiful location, right on the beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We found a lovely Sunday Morning Market at the municipal building with about 15 to 20 vendors. The condo was decorated beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. After sunset it was very nice to sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy listening to the ocean waves. We had an amazing vacation at an incredible location. Thank you so much fir sharing your home with us, can't wait to come back again!

A True Gem

We loved this property due to its location (can see the gulf right from your balcony!), cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, and more! The pool at this condo is also amazing - very well taken care of. We stayed during hurrican Idalia, which was so unfortunate. However, Susan (our host) worked with us since we had to leave for 2 days per the evacuation order. We were able to come back and enjoy the remainder of our vacation! Thank you so much Susan for sharing your home with us! We plan to be back next year :)
