Villa Madeira on Persianlahden etuoikeusasunto, jossa on suuret turvatarkastetut parvekkeet. Laaja näkymä Meksikonlahdelle. Niin lähellä vettä kuulet aallot kaatua. Yksikkö # 601 on kulmayksikkö ja siinä on suuri wrap ympäröivä parveke Persianlahden ja Bayn näkemyksiä. Siinä on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja parveke ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kolmannessa täysvuode. Täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu aivan condo. Keittiö on täysin varustettu. Yli 1100 neliömetrin päässä on paljon tilaa kaikille. Yksi varattu, peitetty, pysäköintipaikka on säädetty. Hotellissa on rannalla lämmitetty uima-allas ja paver deck. Perusteet ovat moitteettomasti ylläpitävät ja tarjoavat suojatun aulan, hissin käyttöoikeuden jokaiseen kerrokseen, ja osoitettu pysäköinti sekä vierailijoiden pysäköintitila. Vain 1 kilometriä pohjoiseen John's Pass Historic Fishing Village, voit nauttia kaikki ravintolat ja kaupat nopeasti. Madeiran ranta on pieni

Great unit!

This would be a five star review if the mattresses were more comfortable. The unit is wonderful, wrap-around screened porch doubles the space and is great for viewing the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was clean and a welcome relief after a day in the sun. The entire complex is well maintained.This is our second family visit in this building and we will be coming back again. Glad the key situation is better! Walking distance to ice cream, coffee shop, and so much more.

Five "Old-Lady" Sisters Stayed for a Week

Location is great, beach is outstanding, pool is well kept, plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing. Fabulous view and wonderful breezes on the wrap-around balcony! Bedding and linens were clean and comfortable. Needs some TLC -- formica on kitchen cabinets is delaminating, some light bulbs need to be replaced. Fan in hall bathroom is VERY LOUD, and the tub has rust stains. Refrigerator is extremely noisy. The inside floor was gritty with sand upon arrival, and balcony floor was FILTHY, so wear shoes always (no floor mats to catch the sand). Overall, the unit seems "tired." Breathtaking views help to balance out the unfortunate negatives.

Amazing Location

This condo is in the top floor corner unit and offers fabulous views of the Gulf and Gulf Blvd. The floors didn’t seem to be as clean as they should have been. Found it odd there were no rugs to be found anywhere. The beds were uncomfortable and the furnishings are basic. As a family we like to cook while on vacation and though the kitchen was stocked, many items need to be replaced. One of the skillets was corroded and should be tossed. We were left with one dish towel and no hot pads so we had to purchase our own. Be sure to bring your own beach towels as we only found 2. The beach supplies in the outside closet were not well taken care of. We’ve stayed in other units at Villa Madeira and were always impressed. This particular unit just felt like no real thought was put in it. TRS was wonderful with their easy check in process. We had a maintenance issue with water leaking beneath the kitchen sink on the 4th of July. TRS scheduled maintenance for the next morning where the issue was repaired. Overall, we would definitely rent from TRS in the future but doubt we would rent 601 unless the mattresses are replaced. Regardless of all the negatives, the location and views can’t be beat! We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and rental chairs and umbrellas.

Love Villa Madeira!

We love this building for the location and amenities. This unit was huge and fit our family of 6 perfectly. Only downside was lightbulbs were out in bathroom and kitchen when we arrived and the microwave was not working. But the property manager was very responsive and took care of the issues within a day.

Fun in the sun…

Family of 6 stayed here for a week and it was everything we needed. Right on the beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass, easy check in process , lots of communication leading up to the day to check in. The condo itself was open and lots of room for 6 adults. Definitely have marked this place to try and rent again in the future!

Beach stay

Condo was just as described, floors felt a little sandy to the bare feet, bottom of our feet were a little dirty on day 1. So not from us. Other then that we had a great time, wrap around balcony was awesome. Sunsets were to die for, would definitely stay there again.

Location is the best thing about this place. Easy to get to on the sand. Furnished nicely had everything we needed. Some minor maintenance is needed on the unit and the common areas like pool. But overall no major complaints. Would stay again

Great place to stay!

The condo is perfect. The breeze is wonderful on the balcony and great views. The kitchen is large and you will find everything you need. You will see that it has been renovated. The only suggestion I have is that another love seat would add additional seating for groups of more than four.

Great location in proximity to beach/restaurants, sunsets rival Hawaii.

Easy rental experience, great staff and renters/owners. We loved the privacy of the property the size of the rooms the location of property and the sunsets. Will be back !

Excellent Unit: 601

We stayed in this unit for two weeks. Pros: location, location, location!, 6th floor view was magnificent, excellent spatial arrangement of furniture, kitchen was well appointed and thoughtful with all necessary utensils, tools, appliances, pots, plates, etc., large shower, large ocean front wrap around balcony, unit felt secure and safe with exterior pass key. The con: unit needs more chairs/tables for balcony for those who want to work remotely while enjoying the ocean view. Clearly, the pros far exceed the con. I would rent this unit again without hesitation.

Great view, lots of space

The unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The large balcony had a great view of the ocean on two sides. The furniture out there on the balcony was a little basic and old looking. Could have had more for sitting and relaxing out there. The three sliding glass doors in the property were very hard to open and close and looked like they either needed to be replaced or cleaned to allow easier movement. The decor is very basic and cheap but we don’t stay there for that so it’s not a game changer. The couches will be ready to replace soon by the looks of the upholstery, not sure why anyone would have fabric covered furniture as opposed to (cheaper) leather in a rental. Make sure to bring a beach towel as those are not provided unfortunately. There is an adequate selection of beach toys, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and a couple of camping chairs in the closet on the balcony that were nice to have access to. A smaller cooler was also in the closet (10-20 can size). The location is a good equal distance to restaurants and Johns Pass is about a .7 mile walk which we prefer to walk anyway. I like that there was a Keurig and also a coffee pot option for us. And the coffee shop right across the street was nice too. You will definitely need the two sets of keys given to you for the stay as you use them to get in elevator, to get into condo, to get to the beach/pool and also to leave the beach/pool area. I did call on the first Sunday to maintenance and had to leave a message about the master bathroom shower not draining well. I never received a response which was kind of a disappointment since communication was good up until that point. But it wasn’t something that I felt the energy to call again about so nothing was done about it. I would stay in this place again. It would fit 6 comfortably in the bedrooms.

Floors were very dirty, walking around barefoot gave us all 7-11 feet. Beautiful location with the wrap around balconies.

Great safe family condo!

The location of the condo and the view were amazing! The beach wasn't too busy. It almost felt like we had a private beach at times. Having to use the key to get into the pool, parking and the beach access is nice so you don't have to worry about anyone off the street having access. We saw dolphins from the balcony almost every day! John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is within a mile and Candy Kitchen, a fabulous homemade ice cream and fudge shop, was right across the street. If we had to list any negatives to our stay, we would have 2. 1.) Arriving and not knowing where we needed to pick up the keys was very frustrating. We do not recall receiving any email telling us to go to the booking agency to check in. We assumed there was an office at the building. We will say the ladies working at the booking agency were professional and helpful. 2.) The master shower, though being a huge 5ft x 5ft shower, had almost no water pressure at all. We preferred using the other shower because of this. Overall, we had a great time, would stay again and would recommend it to our friends and family!

Great location and the balcony is great. Could use a few more pieces of furniture. We just moved the chairs around since there were just 2 of us. Kitchen was stocked pretty well. Nice having a washer and dryer in the unit too. Would rent again

Spacious Condo with great views

This condo was spacious and the views were beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough supplies to cook and serve for a large family if you choose to do so. I REALLY appreciated the outside closet on the balcony that contained so many beach supplies! including umbrellas, chairs, cooler, kids toys, fishing poles, etc... The location was awesome and within walking distance to John's Pass. The only complaint was the floors and balcony could use a good scrubbing, however I understand the sand makes it hard to keep clean. Overall I would stay again!
