Inside, the condo has been refreshed with numerous upgrades in 2026, including stylish new living room and balcony furnishings designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-concept kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the spacious living room, creating the perfect gathering space for family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen features all the appliances, cookware, and essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay, while the cozy dining area seats four comfortably.

Step outside onto the private balcony, accessible from both the living room and the master suite, and enjoy peaceful views and the laid-back atmosphere of Indian Shores. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. Near the entrance, you'll also find a convenient workspace nook with a desk and chair — ideal for checking emails or remote work during your getaway.
The second bedroom is perfect for families or additional guests, featuring one queen-sized bed along with bunk beds for extra sleeping space. A second full bathroom with a stand-up shower and single vanity provides added convenience, and the in-unit stackable washer and dryer make longer stays easy and stress-free.

Guests can also enjoy the resort-style heated pool area, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, a relaxing hot tub, and a community grill for outdoor cookouts after a day at the beach.

Expect noise from construction during daytime hours as early as 8am, limited temporary closures to stairs for safety repairs, visual work zones in progress in common areas, and possible dust and debris. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Kitchen: Refrigerator w/ ice and water in the door, stove/oven, granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, 2 slice toaster, blender, and a pantry. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Glass top table with seating for 4 and 2 barstools at the breakfast bar.

Living Room: Sofa and loveseat, 1 chair, large TV, coffee table with 2 end tables, ceiling fan, sliding doors with plantation shutters leading out to the balcony overlooking the heated pool.

Office Nook: Desk and chair.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with 2 nightstands, 2 dressers, a ceiling fan, a TV, a chair, a walk-in closet with a luggage rack, sliding doors to a balcony hosting a small table and chairs overlooking the heated pool, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The master bath has a new double vanity, a combo tub/shower and a hair dryer.

Bedroom #2: Queen-sized bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, 2 nightstands, a wicker dresser, a chair, and a TV.

Bathroom #2: Single vanity with stand-up shower and a hairdryer. A Jack and Jill door connects to the 2nd bedroom.

Laundry Closet: Stackable washer and dryer.

Beach Closet: Wagon, 6 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, beach toys, and fishing poles.

*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 2nd floor.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided, as well as starter toiletries, if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This unit provides 1 under building parking space. Guest parking is limited and on a first come first serve basis, located at the front of the building by the road.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops, as well as beachwear shopping locations. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World, downtown Disney, and other Orlando theme parks are approximately two hours away.
