Sanitation process - We now use an Industrial Ozone Generator (O3) & Air Purifier along with UV lights and a HEPA filter in the condo between guest, it reach every corner of the condo, thru the air conditioning duct work without leaving any poisonous residue, Ozone has proven to be highly effective in killing bacteria, fungi, pollen and molds and inactivating viruses both on the surfaces and suspended in the air. Ozone is proven to be effective also for the inactivation of the SARS virus. while for the novel SARS-CoV-2 it is supposed that it be equally effective.

This bright and spacious 1,000 square feet unit includes a Florida/Sun room with French doors, a full sized bedroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and accommodates 4 guests comfortably.

Sorry but we can not accommodate renters under the age of 25 nor renters with children under the age of 5.
