”Always greeted by a professional and cheerful staff. The rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained. The sundries shop is very convenient. It's such a great location and I love the waffles for breakfast! REAL waffles!! The chia pudding is also a great offering for breakfast. Very complete breakfast and always very clean. And all the staff is consistently cheerful and welcoming.”

”The place looked like a homeless encampment. Every single piece of furniture was torn and dirty. Carpet had more stains than clean carpet. Roaches. Smelled like drugs, mold, cigarettes and cheap alcohol combined. And don’t forget people literally tweaking outside your door. Stayed for 5 minutes and walked out. Never again.”
