I review the
hotel upon every visit hoping that the owner will invest and renovate this property. It is a great location and he community is growing. The furnishings are at least 20 years old! There aren't charging stations or options for entertainment on the TV. I couldn't stream the channels that I have because the TV setup is so old.
The breakfast is blah now, not very many options, and the service- simple things like making the bed is unheard of.
The manager gives a lot of double speak when you ask about services.
Most hotels have a clear signage to let you know what to expect with service. I had to ask and still did not get a clear answer.
Parking is good.
The area is growing and I would think that the owner would want to be known as a premier hotel there. We use it for the convenience, Summerville is too long of a drive to take for a better hotel. Moncks Corner as few options.
We are willing to pay more for a much better experience.
