”Our room was on ground floor with a hot tub. Facilities were good and the bed was very comfortable. Some elements were a little tired. Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village. ”Spent one night in the hotel. The hotel is situated by a lake and the surroundings are pretty. We were pleasantly surprised when we got upgrated for a better room. The room was AMAZING: big, clean, had a luxury feel to it and lovely view to the lake. The cooked breakfast was tasty and staff friendly. Only downside was that there was no dinner served. Would love to stay in this hotel again :)”
