Upeat näkymät ja runsaasti tilaa tarjoava Villa Alta Marea on täydellinen loma-asunto matkailijoille, jotka haluavat nauttia kaikesta St. Thomas ja U. S. Neitsytsaaret on tarjottava. Villa Alta Marea sijaitsee kalliolla, josta on näköala vedelle. Hotelli sijaitsee Deck Pointin johtavassa kaupunginosassa ja vain muutaman minuutin matkan päässä maailmanluokan ruokailu-, ostos- ja rantoista.

Päärakennuksessa on viisi makuuhuonetta ja viisi ja puoli kylpyammeet, kun taas alla olevassa yksityisessä huoneistossa on toinen makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone. Rento, trooppisella sisustuksella sisustettu Villa Alta Marea on viihtyisä ja tilava koti poissa kotoa. What a view!!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks celebrating family and birthdays. It was so relaxing sitting on the deck watching the water and ships going by and beautiful sunsets. The property was clean and well maintained. There were nice amenities such as laundry detergent, paper products and the stack of beach towels was very handy. There was a blow dryer in every bathroom. It was also very helpful to have an extra fridge in the apartment below when we had a full house. We enjoyed many cocktail happy hours in the pool watching the view and sunsets. Property management was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Amazing Home Overlooking the Ocean! Simply Beautiful!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult kids and 7 year old grandson during Easter week. We had an amazing time! This home is even more beautiful in person than what is pictured in the listing. Absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean and most rooms have private balconies. The pool was awesome with an ocean view. I was also impressed with all of the items that were provided. Lots of beach towels and even an ice chest for use at the beach. There were coffee filters, a kitchen sponge and dishwashing liquid, seasonings for cooking, sunscreen, condiments in the fridge, and more. I think guests leave their purchases in the home instead of bringing them on the plane. We did some cooking during our stay and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Communication before, during and after our stay was excellent! This home exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend Villa Alta Marea and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our group had a wonderful time at this property. We had a group of 12 and having 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms was very comfortable. The outside areas, including the pool and covered deck, were great for socializing. We did have a few issues, though, that I should mention. The sliding glass door to get to those outside areas was extremely hard to open and close. We finally just left it open during the day and used the screen door. The only other issue was that one upstairs bathroom had no hot water all week. We called maintenance 3 times about it. On the third day of calling, someone came but could not fix it. It needed a part that “his boss would need to agree to purchase”. Apparently, his boss didn’t think it was needed because no one came back to fix it. We asked for compensation for the couple that had no hot water all week, but no response was given to that request. On the plus side, we did request more beach towels and a replacement deck chair that broke and those came very quickly. We may stay here again because of the beautiful views, but I would look at other places first.

Spectacular views

The house is exactly as pictured. Bathrooms are nicely done and the deck is spacious and overlooking the harbor. The only issue was the sliding door to the deck is very difficult to open and close. Otherwise a wonderful house to rent

Destination Family Wedding

Villa Alta Marie was just as seen online . There were 9, ( 3 couples, 3 singles) It was a big enough venue for 12, all very spacious clean, well supplied, comfortable with our own rooms and bathrooms. Another apartment ,very nice ,air-conditioned, own balcony, plus bathroom and a kitchenette. Nice. Downstairs ,so we all were arranged on the main and upper level. Groceries and other amenities within 7 to 10 minutes drive. Kitchen spacious enough for 9 bodies to cook and gather. Everything was clean, with plenty of extra supplies. Great views!!! Only downside for us is that the main gathering area had no air conditioner so got little hot at times ,but we made it work. Best communication from staff. Thank you!

50th Birthday Celebration w/ HS Friends

we planned this vacation for a year and i was given the task to select our housing options. i found a few, but kept coming back to this one. it did not disappoint and everyone that joined us commented multiple times that i hit the jackpot with this house. the views from the back terrace and the pool were second to none. the a/c's in each bedroom kept the rooms nice and cool all night. while i would definitely book with Justin again on our next trip, it would probably be a different house just because we like to experience different things on each trip, but i would have no hesitation to stay at this house again.

Beautiful House

The house itself is beautiful, however, in need of some upkeep/repairs before they get worse. As far as the furnishing, couch, chairs, pillows, they need to be replaced. Couch in living room is dingy, white chair in main floor bedroom is dirty. Pillows are pretty much flat, even the ones in the shams. Blood spots on one pillow case. Kitchen towels were horrible. The ones I use for rags don't look as bad as these. Same with hot pads. Many of the knives were also disgusting. Bathroom towels appeared to be new. As far as Justin, the host, super responsive and helpful and put us in touch with Warren, taxi driver, who was also super responsive. The location of the house is gorgeous. High on a hill overlooking the water. You need to drive or get a taxi to go pretty much anywhere. We did walk to a beach that was about a mile away. Not a bad walk, but the traffic is kind of scary. All in all, it was a great stay, just some of the furnishing/linens need to be replaced asap.

Our stay

The views are amazing, the house was the perfect size for 11 of us! The pool was perfect! Not as small as i invisioned from pictures. I did had higher expectations with how much we paid to stay here for a week. There's alot of repairs thats needed. All the sliding doors where super hard to open, upstairs and downstairs, the grill wouldnt work after buying all kinds of grilling items. The fridge bottom drawers where hard to open because they was broke. Some of the outdoor furniture was broken in the pool area. The t.v.s was all different and we struggled to find away to watch anything. The driveway is super steep, so walking up and down daily may not be easy for everyone. Every bedroom has ac expect the main living space, so that stays much warmer but there are ceiling fans. Host was awesome with emailing and making us feel welcome.

Spectacular Sunsets

Our group of eleven stayed a week in January and we were not disappointed. The house is so accommodating. Many sunsets were viewed while relaxing in amazing pool. In fact we all got see a Green Flash at sunset! The beaches were simply breathtaking; snorkeling was a family activity. We took a ferry to St Johns and hiked to the Petroglyphs. We had a wonderful taxi driver all week. So prompt and available for pick up and return trips. The local folks are kind and helpful. St Thomas is a dream and the Alta Villa Marea was a wonderful home away from home. Thanks!

Amazing Villa!

I traveled with a group of 9 people for my 40th birthday and stayed at Alta Marea. The entire stay was fantastic and the house was just what I was looking for. Each person in my group had their own space and the house had everything we needed. The views were spectacular and communicating with the property owner was easy and he was very responsive to any questions/requests. The location of the house was great too with easy travel to Red Hook. I would highly recommend Alta Marea for anyone looking to stay in St Thomas!

Amazing Sunset Views and Fun Times

A group of friends/couples spent the week at Villa Alta Marea. The pool was a bit larger than expected. The kitchen a bit smaller. We specifically enjoyed spending time on the outdoor patio and in the pool watching the sunset.

Everything was really great. The location was good and easy. The views were beautiful particularly the sunsets at night from the infinity pool! Super clean check in was really easy and the host was always available. We really had no problems at all and really enjoyed our stay! If I had to say anything, it would be that there was a couple latches on doors and on chairs, etc. that were broken so some things were getting a little old, but nothing that would cause a bad stay, etc., I'm sure they will be fixed! And the only thing I was surprised by and that I would've liked to of had was a dining room inside with how big the villa is there's no dining room table inside the villa, but you have a huge deck with a table out there, but sometimes just be aware of the mosquitoes . Would totally recommend and book this Villa again!
