”We stayed on this property March 31, through April 4th 2026. While the view is stunning from this property, it still needs a little TLC. Many things need upgraded. The beach chairs need to be replaced, outdoor furniture could be upgraded, and some of the holes in the concrete walls should be repaired. Overall, the check-in process was outstanding, the view was amazing and property itself was nice. Also, if you rent a jeep parking is very limited. I would suggest each unit should have its own...

”The location of the villa was top notch. Right on the bay and in a fairly quiet part of the island outside that you can hear karaoke night at Margaritaville lol. The listing was everything they said it was. Kitchen had just enough to be able to make your meals in the villa on nights you want to stay in and relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. ”

The location was perfect- 5 minutes to groceries and several beach options, plus walking distance to resort amenities like great restaurants when we got sick of driving. You get a sense of being tucked into nature and surrounded by tropical flora all while having panoramic views of St John's beautiful bays and across to the special islands of BVI.
