”This was a lovely property and accommodated our party of 10 very well. It’s a beautiful setting and a great house for a big family. Bring your own shampoo and other beauty items as these things are not stocked there. But the kitchen is beautifully. Nice people taking care of the place.”

”The only negative that we saw with this villa was that it sit on a hillside directly above Centreline Road, which is main road through St John. Whenever a water truck or other big truck went pass it was loud, and the diesel fumes would sometimes drift up. It was a mild inconvenience, but would not pass this villa up for that reason. Great location wonderful views, and just a great place to enjoy”

”Our stay at this villa was very enjoyable. The place is decorated nicely the kitchen was well stocked had everything you need if you want to eat at home. The bed was comfortable. The pool was great, the place was so peaceful and private and the view is amazing. A good base for exploring the island. On Wednesday evening we went to Castaways bar which was a 6 minute drive the food was good and had fun playing bingo. I would also recommend Rum Runner bar/restaurant in Christiansted great cocktails...

”This was one of our favorite trips which we have ever gone on! The view from this place was breath taking! Every day it was so special to wake up and be treated with the views over the bay! The area upstairs was perfect for playing games with friends, cooking food, and relaxing. The pool was nice to be able to chill and take in the views as well. Our room was great with everything for a perfect island vacation.We will definitely be back!!”

”This 2 BR with pool was a perfect experience. Host James was very laid back, showing us the full residence at checkin. With the pool right out the back door and fresh water hose for cleaning off salty snorkel gear this was a perfect location to be 15-20 mins from anywhere on the island. Pictures didn’t do this place justice, the rooms and living areas are larger in person. Enough cooking utensils/pots/pans to cook dinners with. Fantastic accommodation for 4 people”

”This was a beautiful villa!!! We were welcomed upon arriving by Utiny who assisted us in navigating the features of the home. The villa was VERY clean however upon arrival at our check-in time, it was still being serviced/cleaned. The views from this home were absolutely spectacular!!! Just to note for other potential renters, this home is removed from the main areas on St. Thomas and does require quite a bit of scary driving. We rented a car which took awhile to learn to navigate driving...

”We had the best vacation ever! Great location & incredible views. Beautiful house with updates throughout. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the deck. We watched some amazing sunsets at end of villa driveway. Host was easy to communicate and having a property manager on island was great. Definitely recommend this villa. We cannot wait to come back!”

”Exactly as described, open air kitchen was clean, not alot of bugs at night with the under counter lighting setup, and extra fridge to keep all the food storage, wifi was very consistent, no issues with power or water. The beach towels, chairs, floaties and cooler came in handy!”

”The home is in a great location and walking distance to Cane Bay and our favorite restaurant The Landing.The layout is great and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook.The only disappointment was the pool was not clean and the water level on it was low when we arrived. The host Earl was awesome and quick to respond to get that taken care of for us. We would definitely stay here again.”

”We stayed at the property last week and it is fantastic. Donald has thought of everything and the home is very well appointed. Communication was excellent and the views can’t be beat from the second floor balcony. They also have a plunge pool which is so nice after a day snorkeling the beaches. Highly recommend this property and host.”

”The property was amazing with some of the best views on the island. It’s in a secure gated community and one of the easier driveways to navigate. If looking to stay near Magens Bay I would highly recommend this property.”

”Amazing view!!! rooftop hot tub at Papaya was awesome!! Pool and amenities are great!! Keep in mind lots of steps to get to the pool and power grid going out can happen but aside from that it was a dream!! Will definitely come back someday!!”
