”We had an amazing time. The house has been updated and it actually looked better than the VRBO pictures. It was a great set up for two families. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all pans and utensils that we needed. You can’t access the beach immediately in front of the house, but you can reach the rock beach that is to the East. It’s a short 5 minute walk or you can also drive over there. ”Very clean, convenient and peaceful. Going in “off season” was amazing for us. No big crowds, water was perfect and the condo was great for the 2 of us. Easy and smooth the entire time and Bernard was sure to keep us informed when there was an island wide power outage but even this didn’t put a damper on our stay. We would definitely do this again!”

”The house has views that are simply amazing. Looking out at the sunrise, Coral Bay, BVIs, the open ocean, clouds, rainbows was great all week long. The road up to the house is an adventure and the place is well set up for our group of four. Enough outdoor space to sit in sun by pool, but also plenty of shade when you need to get out of the sun. A lovely place for a vacation on St. John. ”

”We stayed here in April 2025. The house was just as pictured. One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. We rented a car and had no problems getting around. JP met us at the house and gave us advice on restaurants and snorkeling. We are a family of 4 and they were able to split the one king into two twins. It was the perfect set up for us. The best snorkeling and tons of wildlife. We will definitely be back. ”

We have rented many villas on St. John and this villa is by far the most beautiful and the most comfortable! Hugo was a pleasure to work with and his mom even gave us a bag of her delicious greens and veggies! Thank you so very much! Our family of 8 had more than enough room and the views were absolutely spectacular! We are definitely hoping to return at some point!”

”Great sized space for 2 to 3 people. Absolutely gorgeous view and each bedroom has its own slider to just walk out on. Plenty of air conditioning to escape the humidity. The view comes at a cost though.. the hill is very steep and taxis are expensive so I suggest renting a car. The restaurants at the bottom of the hill are fantastic for all types of meals. Grocery shop at Moe's down the hill to grill out on the deck. The ferry to St. John is right across from you and to see the beautiful beaches...
