”Mike and Mariah were amazing. Way above and beyond assisting with anything we could think of. The place was very cute and we loved the little swimming pool. It was walking distance to dolphin market, with a tasty chicken tender and mac and cheese counter next door (thanks Mike!) and also bars and restaurants.”

”St. John is incredible! Our accommodations were great as well. Our host communicated very well and questions were answered in a very prompt, timely manner. We were surprised that the whole house was not air conditioned. I did not see where it was only the bedrooms anywhere in the VRBO listing. ”Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things...

”Our stay at On The Rocks was amazing. St. John has a special place in my heart and we will 100% be back and hopefully at this property. Carolyn was extremely helpful and communicative before and during our vacation. ”This property was amazing! The view will take your breath away and the secluded nature of the property will make you feel like you're the only person on earth. ”We had a great stay. A little snafu upon check in- the property had not been thoroughly cleaned, but the property manager rectified it quickly. Appreciate the prompt responses of the property manager and the unit was clean and ready for us in about 45 minutes. Super cute villa and VERY convenient. Really only con was the noise of traffic late at night. If you bring ear plugs or a noise machine you can mitigate some of that noise. Overall a wonderful girls weekend!”
