”Our stay at On The Rocks was amazing. St. John has a special place in my heart and we will 100% be back and hopefully at this property. Carolyn was extremely helpful and communicative before and during our vacation. She answered all questions and provided help, suggestions, etc. The house was just built so everything was brand new and extremely nice. ”My lady friends and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate my birthday and it was fabulous! The villa is beautiful with it's mostly open floor plan and the view is spectacular. The pool was smaller than expected, but that was definitely not a deal breaker. The hosts were accommodating and responsive to questions via messaging in the app. Overall, would recommend, would return!”

It was well equipped with all of the things—entertainment (snorkel stuff, kayak, paddle boards, necessities (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, towels) & more. Could not recommend this place enough. So thankful for a beautiful week with my family in this wonderful space. ”

”Absolutely lovely home in a gated villa with fully stocked kitchen, private pool / sun deck and comfortable couches, screened in porch and king size bed! Host checked in with us over the app, check in / check out process was very smooth, and they even provided beach chairs, towels, sunscreen and bug spray for us. Great location up the hill (8 min drive) from restaurants, bars and the ferry dock. Would highly recommend!”
