”I totally enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn. The room was very big and spacious, and well appointed. It’s smelled clean and fresh. The bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean. The front desk clerk greeted me with a smile, which was a pleasant surprise in this day and age. They were all efficient and well mannered. I also appreciated the free breakfast in the morning, quite a selection and a beautiful space to sit and start your day. I love this location. I will be back when I’m in the area...

”I booked a suite with 2 king size beds, the room I got was a suite with 2 full beds. There was mold in the corner ceiling. The boxsprings were stained.. We slept on top of the covers. The bathtub/shower was dirty. The hotel hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was okay.”

”Stayed a couple of nights due to an issue at my apartment. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Amenities were really nice. Full equipped kitchen, and outside felt almost like an apartment complex and very home-y. Was very quiet for a hotel & grounds very clean with it being pet friendly. Would definitely stay again or recommend. ”

”Under renovation and the room was not super clean. The sheets had some stains and the room was very small. The pool was not open and very few amenities.”

”Room was clean, facilities were nice but not much to them. No gym or pool, just ping pong. The breakfast was not good. We stayed for a week and the cleaning staff never refreshed the room. We had to bring our trash out to the communal trash can down the hall.”

”This place is the poster child location of “you get what you pay for“ - The good: it has an extremely convenient location, ample parking, and I was happy with the full-size kitchen, including a 2 burner hot plate, which might have been convenient. The room was large and reasonably clean, but not spectacular. For $80/night it was an OK place to sleep. The bad: the ADA – compliant bathroom was an absolute joke. The bathtub was not only difficult to get into, but dangerous. I don’t know why they...

”At Homewood Suites by Hilton, Plymouth Meeting, PA ... • Thursday was a late check-in. The front desk was not manned; called the front desk number to see if staff would hear it. One staff member showed up about 15 minutes later. • Friday breakfast was "minimal" at best. No forks, coffee was out, and only fatty bacon was offered in the hot meal. Breakfast was closed about 1 hour earlier than advertised. Saturday breakfast was much better.”

”Hotel needs a lot of updates Stuff needs to be trained in customers service. Don't text when customers staining and waiting just to drop the keys Food should be better, no appl juice in the pitcher with "orange juice " stickers. Pillows way too soft No bodywash and handle shower All rest is OK”
