”We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. The beach was well maintained and clean of seaweed. The staff at the Club were very welcoming and helpful. The in-room service and housekeeping were great! It truly was like a home away from home. ”Great place for families to stay. We enjoyed the beach and pool as well as activities the hotel put on. We took a mixology class, had mimosas and muffins, and took a few water aerobics classes. Getting to other two hotels for dinner (for a little variety) was easy. It was also very convenient having VI Cat on sight for sunset cruise.”

”We stayed 2/11-18/24 ..last minute bday trip.. Check-in w/ Te'Necqwa was quick and easy. She was welcoming & personable. This propery is amazing ..the 2bdrm/ 2bth villa was spacious & spotless, there was only 3 of us but the villa could sleep 7/8 comfortably. ”Beautiful villa, amazing location. The only hiccup was the Westin check in.....we received "welcome" info. 3 days later and also had trouble getting bathroom supplies filled (shampoo, conditioner, shower gels were empty). Staff replaced a missing coffee pot right away. Communication with owner was excellent and VRBO booking was efficient and went smoothly. We would most definitely rent from this owner again.”

”The staff went above and beyond. The property is being renovated which is said might take 2 years but it is quiet. The grounds are beautiful. They have golf carts to get you to your room, front desk, pool, restaurant and parking. They have a pool bar with restaurant, a restaurant and a small cafe which has staples to buy. There is an onsite area to get a taxi but highly recommend renting a jeep to get around the island. About 8 min drive to Cruz bay with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Just...
