”First of staff are so rude and checking time 4:30 pm. After long wait I get my room 4:45pm. In waiting lobby no complimentary water asked or Non of staff or hotel manager care about tourist who wait for 2 hours to get room. Amenities are not good enough. I don’t recommend. Not worth spend your hard working money. ”

”What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!”

”The condo was beautiful. Clean, beautiful ocean view. The property was great- 3 pools and 2 restaurant/ bars which were excellent. As good or better than any others that we went to. Our host Chris was exceptional. She urged us to rent a car which really was a must due to the terrain and in order to visit the many beaches and other areas. She was also super helpful with ideas of places to visit and restaurants. ”

We loved the location and preferred the residence side to the hotel side personally, but it was nice to have the option of going to the hotel as well. ”The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping?
