”Very impressive. Amazing friendly greeting for checkin. All the staff were so friendly and genuinely really lovely.
Room very modern and clean.. one of the best hotel bathrooms I’ve seen for a long time.
Lovely reception and breakfast areas with tasty breakfast.
Took us about 30 mins from Swansea station and was 15 mins from a beefeater restaurant and a Tesco express
Very happy and would definitely come again.

”The hotel is modern and therefore has contemporary facilities. We use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room on two occasions they were all clean and hygienic.
The hotel is slightly outside the centre of the city but easily accessible and we’re able to drive along the coast and see the beautiful coastline.”

”Stayed here 2 nights as I was attending nearby Festival. I Called Les the host and he was very accommodating leaving my keys in the safe box. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily. The bed was very Comfortable i had 2 really good night sleep here. Bayside is right next to the beach which was a bonus as it was a warm bank holiday weekend. Definitely recommend a stay here.”

”Hot bath tap didn't work so moved to another room. The curtains in there were so thin that the outside lights were so bright in my room and made it really hard to sleep.
