”It was an awful experience, the hotel is in a ghetto area. People in the parking lot were smoking I don’t know what. And they were giving creepy stairs. When I enter the hotel entrance the entire place smell like weed. the customer service was terrible. I had a receptionist I booked a reservation through Expedia and she told me they didn’t call us so your room is not booked. Therefore, I had to look for a room in Richmond 1 AM at night. All I can say is avoid this place at all times.”
