”This place is disgusting. The ceiling was rusty and moldy all the way around the perimeter. Ceiling tiles won’t even in properly. The tub was stained and the tub surface wasn’t flat. ”We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and they were full so no changes he offered to spray deodorizer and we accepted that offer. ”The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. Housekeepers not so much. Elevator was down, side door of building left open all day and night, unsafe. Hallways smelled like cigarettes, no pool no breakfast. One of our wash clothes had a stain. The pull out bed in the room had crumbs and what looked like party decor underneath so clearly those aren’t being cleaned properly. Overall ok hotel however would not stay there again.”
