”The bathroom was very dated. It looked like a nursing home. The flooring was extremely old. The bed was too low. Only one bath towel for 2 people. It was definitely not up to standard for a Hub. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. But this hotel needs serious renovations. ”

”Great room, very comfortable and spotless. Staff very helpful, professional and efficient. Food excellent with a varied menu and good portion size. Excellent value for money. We liked the pub decor and how the public area is divided up into several distinct sections. We had a great stay.”

”Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. We had breakfast (optional) which consisted of lots cold options, fresh fruits, juices cereals etc. Then a full range for any...
