”We stayed for 2 nights in the fall for a family event at Stratford Harbor. The house was pristine and cozy. Loved the fenced backyard for the pets and the walk ability of the town. The host and back up host were VERY responsive.”

”Host never made contact with entry instructions. Arrived at the house at the stated check in time and there was no way to get in the property.”

”Owner was slow to answer emails (often 2-3 days) and often required multiple emails from request to rent, questions, and even while we were there. There were very minimal amenities (only 4 dining chairs for 5 BR house, very minimal cookware, only 5 towel sets for rental with 8 people.) Towel bar and toilet paper holder in upstairs hall bath fell off wall with normal use. Shoes were left in front coat closet upon our arrival.”

”The property was everything we expected and as shown on pictures, very clean, plenty of room to relax and stretch. There were plenty of games to play: miniature pool/fooseball/ping pong table; as well as video games. Great location if you're looking to stay for graduation.”
