We were very disappointed with the room condition. The ceiling of our room was not finished & it looked terrible. I just don’t understand why they had us stay in an unfinished room! Very disappointing considering how much we spent on this room.

Booked this hotel thru Expedia and got a very good price. It is just around the corner from the Hartford train and bus stations so it's wonderfully convenient. Just a few issues - First, the front door on Asylum Street is locked, with no sign to tell folks to walk around to the side entrance. Second ...

The shuttle was very useful for early fights. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy all of the hotel due to the early flight.
