”The neighborhood was the first thing we noticed when we got there. The house is not located in the best part of town, a bit sketchy. While the house was generally comfortable, the master bath had loose floor tiles and grout kept coming loose, not ideal for bare feet. The shower door allowed water to leak on the floor which was probably contributing to the loose tile issue. The pots and pans were worn and the finish was starting to come off.
