”I stayed in two different rooms, in a standatd one and in a luxury one and drains in both smelled terrible. I contacted different staff members but nothing was done about that. Also I had tiny crawling and flying sewer insects in rooms. In part of the rooms the view is directly over opposite rooms without any light curtains. ”

”We had a very nice one night stay in Heraklion. I had booked a classic room, but hotel upgraded it to a suite. The room was very comfortable and in the evening there was a nice city view from the balcony. Location of the hotel is good, as it is only a short walking distance from city center, but the area is quiet in the night time. There is also a parking house in the same building with the hotel. Bed and pillows were also comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was much better than in...

When you are just arriving, the surrounding area might look a bit different than expected, but it seemed very safe and once you walk into the city it is very nice and cute.
