”The apartment was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the place was easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and considering the price, everything was really good and met our expectations. The only small downside was the check-in time. Check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM, and since we arrived about 10 minutes earlier, we had to wait outside until exactly 3:00 to access the code. ”We ended our North Italy tour to this totally awesome castle. The place itself is amazing and truly worth the journey. One negative thing was that even the room description stated that there is jacuzzi in the room, there wasn't and we did not get compenceted for that. Restaurant at the hotel is great but also expensive. Dining room did not fir the atmospehere, there was too much light and not as romantic as we expected.”
