”The room was lovely and welcoming, very comfortable and was more than we were expecting. The breakfast the next morning was brilliant, great produce and great selection to try! The spa was fab, definitely worth adding onto your stay. So many fun relaxing experiences to try and the staff are all lovely and welcoming. Felt like a truly lovely experience compared to other spa visits. It was such a vibe! Would highly recommend. ”

”Excellent village pub with great staff and atmosphere that matches its surroundings and in keeping with good old inn values. The chef provides a great variety of flavors and quality dishes all served hot and on hot plates. The stairs are somewhat challenging for the elderly and mobility impaired. I didn’t realize when booking that I could have requested a ground floor room. My bad - should have read the small print. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

”Staff and food are the key reasons I’m awarding 5 stars. They dealt with everything even though I forgot to complete the info before arrival. Room was lovely and clean and loved sitting by the log fire near the bar. As a traveller without a dog, I found all the dogs and owners great and appreciated they were separate in the main restaurant. ”

”Easy property to get to from train station. Very clean and nice patio at back to relax in after long days exploring. Owner replied promptly when details needed for checkin and did not have England call source. Area busy but tons on transport buses, taxis near and ended up walking to all places including train station to next destination. ”

”Another really good stay at The Harper. First class service from all the staff where nothing was too much trouble. Private use of the pool works really well and they have clearly thought about everything. The food options are very good and breakfast is excellent. Parking is also ample which is not always the case in North Norfolk and takes the stress out of the holiday especially if you are traveling with children. ”
