”This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response”

”Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants.”

”The house was very nice and we truly enjoyed our stay. Although we encountered some small issues, they were handled promptly by the owner. We couldn't have a thsked for a more gracious host than Brad. The proximity of the house to Lake Sumner Landing was OK, making it a convenient spot for our activities. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all we needed were groceries to feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this property.”

”My boyfriend and I were looking for a weekend getaway with our two German Shepherds. We found this beautiful log home!! It was beautifully decorated and it has an amazing dog friendly yard! Our puppies were free to play in the yard and explore while being completely secure. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again! The owner was very easy to contact and communicate with. 10/10 for sure! Very convenient to a lot of trails/forest for hiking if the heat cooperates!”

”The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. ”

”Very rustic looking on outside but beautifully decorated and clean inside. Double size bed took a little getting used to and kitchen table was small. Very nice walk-in shower.. Hosts were very helpful and provided some nice extras. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the water at many different birds and some fishermen.”
