”The hotel was very clean. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. I will say that the bartender from the lobby bar on Saturday 6/27/26 around 3:30 pm was not good. He took 45 min to serve our drinks. He seems like he didn’t want to be there. The rest of the staff were very nice and friendly. The will go back to the hotel.”

”The manager listened well enough to understand what did not meet our expectations. The team attempted to remedy the problems but not all were fixed. The kitchen staff and breakfast area was satisfactory. When we entered, there was no hand soap at the bathroom sink and the shower soap container was empty. ”The first floor room was close to a very loud and busy street. I thought perhaps new weather stripping around the door would help in the future.
The apples in the choice of continental breakfast items were old and bruised and the hot water dispenser for tea failed to work.
But the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades but I did feel safe there.”
