House is wonderful and very peaceful.
Bedroom was large with very comfy bed and the bathroom was awesome. Underfoot heating so showering was excellent.
Once the light went out you couldn’t see you hand in front of your face.
Perfect nights sleep on both nights and full use of kitchen when required.

”Perfect for our one night stop-over enroute to another venue. It's quite a big, old building with some quirky features but we had everything needed in our room which was well presented. Staff were personable. Breakfast was good. The hotel sits on a one-way road system. It's compact car park is to the rear of the property. If you miss the hotel car park sign on approach and pass the hotel on your left, follow the one-way clockwise, turning left just before the hotel. ”
”Don't let initial looks deceive you, this was a pleasant surprise and experience. Friendly staff, very comfortable bed, clean linen and towels, and a hearty, well needed buffet breakfast the next morning. ”
”Regular visitor. Always clean, friendly staff, lovely rooms and great food. Only minor criticism would be that there is typically only one staff member on breakfast/check-out which can mean a few minutes waiting, but other than that, an excellent place to stay !”

”This site was just greenspace on the edge of an industrial estate when I grew up here and it seemed a little weird pulling into an area where I had my first driving lessons on a Saturday morning as it was all but deserted over the weekend. Not now, there's a busy looking pub literally staggering distance away, the ubiquitous Greggs, few other structures the purpose of which didn't register. Very quiet, all I can hear is doves cooing.
