”Jay is amazing! Absolutely is in the right business! So gracious and accommodating. I had an issue with the air congitioner and he apologized profusely and remedied the situation. I look forward to going back to Arkansas just so I can stay there again. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere with such a marvelous host.”

”The staff was excellent! So friendly and courteous.
It was all just wonderful except the carpet in the room was really dirty. It had been vacuumed and the room was VERY clean. But our socks were black from walking on the carpet. Probably time to replace with hard flooring that can be mopped. ”

The area around the motel could have been a bit more tidy, looked like the steps hadn't been sweep for a while and could use a coat of paint
