”Well between the cat piss smell and the cockroach in the room (we named him Big Red) I think waking up to the used hypodermic needle right outside the room door in the morning is enough. Shame on you Expedia! You misrepresented the hotel! You charged $100+ for our stay with a five star rating!!! But when checking your site on Monday it reflected a 2 star rating for $32 a night!!!”

”Decent morning offerings. Parking was challenging since there were a lot of contractors staying and were taking up a lot of spaces with oversized trucks. Staff was awesome!”

”The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It had a kitchen, but absolutely no kitchen items. Not even a coffee maker or cups for coffee (not even paper cups to use in the microwave for tea). I believe you can borrow a coffee maker but you need to bring your own cups and coffee. There is a Starbucks close by. We had 2 small bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels or bathmat. I'm not sure if these would be provided if we asked. Our room was on the 4th floor. ”Clean room, breakfast and everything else was good.”

”The breakfast had a pretty good selection. Fried and boiled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, yogurts, bananas, toast and bagels, cereal, muffins, juice and coffee. Room was big, bed comfy. It took a while for water to get hot, but then it was nice and hot. Pool is tiny, hot tub okay but could have been hotter. The hallway carpets need to be shampood, they were pottery dirty. All in all, for one night, it was a great place! ”
