”Room clean, the owners are great, breakfast was fantastic. Love staying here.”

”Pool was closed for repairs which was not reflected on the website. The tub faucet dripped constantly. The tub faucet was difficult to adjust the water temperature. The luggage cart wheel could not be turned when luggage was on it. The AC unit was oversized causing the unit not to stay on which caused the room to be humid. AC unit was loud when on.”

”A clean hotel with basic rooms. Breakfast included basic items and service was ok.”

”Good staff felt comfortable”

”Room was clean, but smelled very strongly of bleach. Had to have window open. Water didn’t get very warm. And bed was uncomfortable and only had nightstand on one side. The side without only had a few inches to get out of bed.”

”Old and run down Outdated furniture, old mattresses terrible pillows, dirty windows Definitely not what we expected. Definitely not going back.”

”Fair price. I stayed for one night with my family and young children. The lady working the night shift at the front desk was amazing and very professional. However, finding multiple long hair strands in the bed was a major concern. It gave the impression that the bedding had not been changed before our arrival, which is unacceptable, especially when traveling with young children. Clean bedding is a basic expectation for any hotel stay.”

”Ummm..the railing to the balcony had been taped off with caution tape on the second floor and was being supported by 2x4 underneath. Did not seem safe at all. Also, we have stayed here multiple times and the advertised pool has never been open. Usually the room is clean, but not this time. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and towels were stained some brown substance. May not stay here again. We are used to the sketchy characters that stay here, but someone was pounding on my son's...

”The employees were awesome! Room was awful. I checked out a day early. Needs to be gutted and started all over. Flooring had big gaps, dead roaches squashed on pictures, just a nasty room.”

”The worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Rooms were filthy and the property was on big party place all night. I recommend that the place gets condemned and demolished”

”As I entered the property it was obvious that it had been recently upgraded. The paint seemed fresh throughout the property and cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk employees were very helpful. I will stay there again when I'm in town.”

”This was a nice stay for us. It isn't a 4-star hotel that has coffee or breakfast in the morning, but we weren't expecting it. Our room was clean, the staff (especially Greg) was very helpful with an issue we had with the TV setup. Of several places we have stayed in Sumter in this category, this is the best one for the value we have found and we'll stay there again. ”

”The hotel I picked was not a good choice on my part. Very rough area, broken down cars and trucks in the parking lot, and drunken arguments in the parking lot till late at night. Felt like a halfway house. I did not have any problems personally and the people I came across were nice.”
