”Greetings,I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. While the overall stay was not bad, there were several issues that would prevent me from booking this specific location again. Most significantly, the parking was impossible at times, which is the primary reason I will not be returning. Additionally, both the TV remote and the washer were not working during my visit. ”The property manager was great and the check in was super easy. The kitchen and living room are good. The bedroom and bathrooms are pretty rough. The full bath is very small and the finish is off the tub with rust stains running down the tub and the wall. The air feels very moist at night from the air conditioning. The manager was attentive to our issues and said she will be able to address some of the bathroom issues but I just think anyone renting this unit should be aware of the bathroom...

”The doors to enter the unit, bathrooms and bedroom doors would not open or close properly. The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing.”

”Overall, this is a perfect little studio for a short stay in Statesboro. It was nicely decorated, clean, and walkable to all the fun stuff downtown It was pretty sparse in the way of any dishes, even tho there is a full kitchen.
