This charming vacation home is a 3-room house with 70 m2 of living space spread out over 3 levels. On the lower ground floor, there is a large playroom with a separate WC. The exterior staircase leads you to this level, and from here, you can exit to the garden. On the upper floor, there is one double bedroom, and on the 2nd upper floor, there is another double bedroom with hip bath/WC. There is also a small living room with a TV and flat screen. The shower/bidet/WC completes this level.

Amenities Included
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. There is also an open-hearth fireplace to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The terrace is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, a portable barbecue, and 2 deck chairs. The vacation home is equipped with a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, and Internet (WiFi). Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning, and all energy costs are included in the rental price.
