This property is managed by Larihome in the name and on behalf of the owner, Bercini Franco, by virtue of a mandate with representation.



Casa Maria is located in the village of Stazzona, about 3 km from the lakeside. Due to its raised position it has a breathtaking panoramic view and is far from the chaos of the main road.



Despite being in a very quiet position, going down for just 3 km to the lakeside you will find all the services you will need during your holiday (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, landing stage).



You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternating it with days of complete relax, enjoying the view on the balcony or having a barbecue in the garden with family and friends!



Both the living room and the master bedroom overlook the lake: you can enjoy the lake view every morning when you wake up!



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and electric kettle;



To complete the living area we find a comfortable sofa bed and a TV.



The master bedroom has a double bed, dressers and a large wardrobe to store all your clothes.



The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a wardrobe.



The bathroom has a shower with glass cubicle, sink with mirror, toilet and bidet.



On the back of the house we find a terrace with a dining table for 4 people, while right below the house there is a barbecue at your disposal.



Under the apartment there is a storage room with a washing machine, and enough space to accommodate motorbikes or bicycles.



You can park your car directly in the closed courtyard.
