Edgemont 2301 is a luxury home boasting 3,210 square feet between 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed with a gas fireplace and expertly designed ensuite bathroom with two separate vanities, walk-in shower and stunning soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large picture window, a gas fireplace and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The third bedroom has a double bed and a Juliet style balcony where you can be entertained for hours overlooking the ski runs. The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunk beds - perfect for kids! The third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway which has double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Guests that choose 2301 as their home away from home enjoy multiple living areas for relaxation and comfort. The great room is spacious and provides the perfect setting for gathering to share stories among family and friends. When it's time to unwind in a more intimate setting, guests may unwind in either the sun-filled sitting room with a television and access to the expansive patio, or in the media room to catch a sports game or curl up to watch a movie. It's easy to stick to your fitness routine by using the in-home fitness room complete with a treadmill, elliptical and free weights. As an added convenience, the home offers a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer, and a hallway powder bathroom.

Edgemont 2302 is an amazing 1,558-square-foot vacation rental with 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a large portrait window overlooking the nearby ski slopes and an in-room fireplace. You enter the attached bathroom through barn style sliding doors to find a large, upgraded vanity and a beautifully updated tile shower and a stunning soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a large picture window, and a sliding door to the patio overlooking the Yampa Valley. The third bedroom has two twin size beds that are perfect for singles or kids. The second bathroom is shared between the queen and twin bedrooms and has a fully upgraded tile shower with built-in bench and an single vanity. In the foyer, guests may find the powder bathroom and stacked washer and dryer.

Edgemont Amenities
The luxurious Edgemont complex features a variety of shared amenities such as a heated saltwater pool and two hot tubs, private lounge with fireplace and coffee station, gas communal firepit overlooking the slopes, private ski locker room with oversized lockers and boot dryers, and a fitness center with a Peloton bike. Guests of Edgemont are also welcomed to use the fitness center in the Bear Claw II building.

Each Edgemont condo is equipped with complimentary WIFI and fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper and tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap), detergents (dish soap and dishwasher detergent), as well as bed linens and towels. The spacious chef's kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishware, glassware, utensils, salt and pepper, and a sample bag of coffee for your first morning.
