This multi-level townhome features a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large dining room table able to seat eight people, and additional seating around the breakfast bar. The main living area offers vaulted ceilings, a river rock gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, a TV, and access to the private balcony. For entertainment, the unit offers four TVs, a DVD player, complimentary WiFi, and a stereo. Additional amenities include an in-suite washer and dryer, both a patio and a private deck, perfect for taking in the fresh mountain air, and a private single-car garage. The main bedroom features a king bed, a ceiling fan, and an attached main bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. For additional sleeping space, there is a queen sleeper sofa in both the den and in the main living area. There is a loft area that has a desk and business center in case you need to finalize any last-minute needs. Guests enjoy amenities such as two outdoor hot tubs, complimentary WiFi, and winter shuttle services that will take guests to shopping, dining, and other local activities and events. Youth Sports notice: The Ironwood Townhomes area is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and cannot accept any participants at this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
