Welcome to Konik Chalet, a stylish mountain retreat with modern design, a rich mountain-inspired palette, inviting indoor and outdoor living spaces, and beautiful views of the Yampa Valley. Ideally located, the home offers easy access to the Wildhorse gondola, Steamboat Tennis & Pickleball Complex, and miles of paved walking and biking paths.

The main level is the heart of the home where tall ceilings and large windows create a bright, welcoming space. Settle into the comfortable living room around the gas fireplace or gather in the gourmet kitchen, where a large island provides plenty of room for meal prep and a front-row seat for keeping the cook company. Stainless steel appliances, a gas range, generous counter space, and amble cabinets make cooking for a crowd a pleasure.

Beautiful views of the Yampa Valley are the backdrop from the kitchen, and in warmer months sliding pass-through windows connect the space seamlessly to the outdoors. Hand out morning coffee or après appetizers and drinks to guests nestled in the covered seating area in front of a gas fireplace.

After a day on the slopes or trails, retreat to the upper-level deck and sink into the private hot tub for a relaxing soak.

Four luxurious bedrooms comfortable sleep up to 10 guests. The primary king suite is located on the main level and offers a peaceful retreat with deck access and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and dual vanity.

On the entry level, guests will find a comfortable queen bedroom and a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity.

Head downstairs to a second family room, offering another inviting space for movie nights, games, or to simply spread out. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level - a queen bedroom and a bunk room with a twin-over-queen bunk and twin trundle. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For added comfort and convenience, the home features air conditioning in the Great Room on the main level and a full laundry room.

PARKING
There is space available for two vehicles in the garage and one in the driveway.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
For added convenience, guests at Konik Chalet have easy access to the Trailhead Lodge amenities, including the pool, hot tubs, fitness, and game rooms. The Steamboat Tennis & Pickleball Complex is a short walk. And for easy access to the ski slope, you can utilize the private Wildhorse gondola. Just a five-minute walk from the home it will take you straight up to the main gondola. Or simply schedule a pickup with the Moving Mountains complimentary ski shuttle to be whisked right up to the base area or downtown for shopping and dining.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
