The pinnacle of The Urban Owl's allure is its magnificent rooftop, a space so enchanting it could easily become the highlight of your stay. Here, a deluxe hot tub and an inviting gas fire pit create a haven of relaxation against the backdrop of awe-inspiring views of the ski resort and the majestic Sleeping Giant. Imagine spending your days sunbathing under the clear blue sky or unwinding in the hot tub, letting the warmth and tranquility wash over you. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit, a perfect spot for toasting to the sunset, as it paints the sky in hues of gold and pink over the gorgeous mountain scenery. The third level of this townhome is a tranquil sanctuary, featuring three of the four distinctively styled bedrooms. The primary bedroom is an escape unto itself, offering a spacious king bed and an en-suite bathroom that boasts dual sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a generous walk-in closet—perfect for bringing along your entire mountain wardrobe. Large glass windows fill the room with natural light, and a smart TV provides entertainment at your fingertips.

The bunk room, featuring two full beds, is a delightful retreat for guests of all ages. Its playful owl-themed decor adds a whimsical touch that brings charm and character to the space. Equipped with a smart TV, this room offers both comfort and entertainment, making it a fun and inviting space for everyone.



All bedrooms are thoughtfully equipped with a room-darkening shades at the click of a button, ensuring privacy and a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, these bedrooms share access to another well-appointed bathroom, complete with a tub for a relaxing soak. This level perfectly combines comfort, style, and functionality, making it an ideal haven for rest and relaxation.



Descend to the main level where modern design seamlessly blends with exceptional functionality. Traditional elements like hair-on-hide accent pillows on the beds and couch, a cowhide rug in the dining room and a petrified wood coffee table are reimagined in fresh contexts. The heart of this space is the kitchen, boasting high-end appliances and a large kitchen island, turning every meal into a culinary adventure. The pantry is stocked with more than 25+ adult and children board and card games, a book exchange, and magazine rack. Music lovers will also enjoy a Sonos sound system connected to the rooftop, living area and kitchen. The Sonos system is also connected to a vinyl record player with a curated album selection for the music enthusiast.



You will find a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with little touches like spices, olive oil, baking pans, crockpot, ninja blender and more. Grab one of our cookbooks and try your hand at alpine cooking. For the coffee lover, we offer an espresso machine as well as a drip coffee machine with separate grinder to enjoy the local roast. You will also find a tea station. The kitchen's open layout flows gracefully into the dining and living areas, creating an entertainer's haven. The dining room, with its ample space, comfortably seats six, and is complemented by additional bar seating for three, perfect for gatherings and shared meals. Apres ski with a hand crafted cocktail at the bar adjacent to the dining table.



Unwind in the living room, an inviting haven that feels like you're nestled inside a picturesque snow globe, thanks to the expansive glass windows framing stunning views. For the remote worker, this townhome caters to your productivity needs with a dedicated workstation, complete with an air printer. Nestled in a quiet corner and supported by excellent Wi-Fi, it includes a specially reserved bar seat designed for focus and efficiency. This thoughtfully arranged space ensures you can stay connected and productive in comfort, seamlessly blending work and leisure.



As you enter the lower level, convenience greets you with a stackable washer and dryer, and a cozy bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom. While the lower bedroom does not have its own air conditioning, it does remain cool and has a ceiling fan to further assist in circulation. Each bedroom provides a smart TV for streaming your favorite films.



This townhome can comfortably accommodate up to three vehicles, with two spaces outside and a heated garage that fits one more and includes a Tesla charger for your electric vehicles, as well as a J1772 adapter. The garage dimensions are 120 Wide x180 long - the garage ski equipment area is most comfortable with only 1 vehicle stored inside of the garage. You will find storage for 9 skis/snowboards, boot and glove warmer and cubbies for all of your gear.



ACCESSING THE SKI AREA: Conveniently located just a two-minute drive from the property is the Wildhorse Gondola, which is a free gondola that will drop you off at Gondola Square. Alternatively, it's a pleasant 10-minute walk if you prefer to go on foot. For those in your group not hitting the slopes, they can easily drop you off at the Gondola Transit Center, which is a brief 4-minute drive away.

Trash Day is Friday, and due to the bears, please only place the bins out to the end of the driveway Friday morning after 6am.



The hot tub is serviced between each stay, however, for stays longer than 5 days, there will be a mid-stay service.
