Steenburg Lake: Opastetut kierrokset ja aktiviteetit

The hotel and the staff were all great, no notes on the location and hotel itself. There were just two things that were annoying (but even with these the experience was good overall, these are just some things that could be worked on). The room my group and I stayed in, however, had weak air conditioning during a weekend that was overwhelmingly hot and humid. At least we had air conditioning, but the output of it was disappointing unfortunately. The only other thing that was problematic were the room key cards. We were told they worked using a magnetic signature and to keep them away from phones and other devices, however, even when they were kept away from phones (for example in someone's wallet or on the nightstand without devices around) sometimes they would lose their ability to open the door. It was very awkward having to constantly go back to the lobby and ask for new ones from the staff, but they were very kind about it at least.

Hyvä sijainti ja toimiva huone. Vaatisi kuitenkin remonttia.
