”It’s so unfortunate that I have to leave this tone of a review. First this is a beautiful and chic boutique hotel. I was blown away by the architecture and atmosphere. Unfortunately during dinner I constantly saw mice running around. Bartenders confirmed that exterminators have been out but haven’t been able to resolve the issue. It’s truly disheartening because I would love to return for the amenities and lavish room stay. Hopefully they can manage their rodent issue soon. Upon check...

”The is a cute, quaint hotel with a lot of nostalgia. The rooms are very spacious, comfy beds with plenty of pillows. The location was perfect, we walked around til after 11:00 pm & felt safe. Staff was wonderful. My only comment was we were on the 3rd floor, which was “ok” for us mid 50’s. But if you have bad knees, etc I would make sure to get a room on the lower floor. Parking garage is right across from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again…”

”I loved the Element! It was centrally located. Had all the comforts if home ie: kitchenette, delicious breakfast, and gym. It was clean, safe and the staff was amazing! Really good vibe! Don't walk, RUN to the Element!”

”Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful.”

”The vouchers for free house wine. $ Rideshare coupon per stay. The breakfast was delicious. The service was excellent. Excellent location with city hall train station across the street to get to the stadiums. Highly recommend! Walking distance to all. Reading market is one short block away, behind the hotel. There is also a ticketing/boarding stop on the hop on-hop off buses right there by the reading market too.”

”Vietimme hotellissa kaksi yötä. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli nopea ja saimme huoneen hyvissä ajoin ennen virallista sisäänkirjautumisaikaa. Huone oli siisti ja sänky todella mukava. Huonepalvelusta edellisiltana tilattu aamupala saapui ajallaan ja oli maittava. Hotellista on vaikea löytää mitään vikaa. Sääli ettei ympäristöstä voi sanoa samaa. Kadulla oli liikkeellä todella epämääräistä porukkaa emmekä halunneet lähteä hotellilta ulos enää pimeän tultua.”

”We stayed during the busy summer season. The city was full of energy with Juneteenth and FIFA events. The hotel staff were very helpful, the free coffee and water machines were great and the location was central. The rooms were a bit small and Rittenhouse Square was about 3 blocks away. There is no pool. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. The hotel is on Chestnut which is a straight shot to Old City Philadelphia and most of the tourist attractions.”
