”This property is located near the Kimmel which is one of the reasons we tried it. If you like services and features stay somewhere else such as the Doubletree. There are absolutely no services available. It's all on you to figure out. The property provides directions which don't always come through timely or in easily readable format. ”A wonderful experience. The historic house is elegant, warm, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and carefully outfitted with a mixture of stately antiques and later pieces. The breakfast was truly a surprise with an extensive variety of food and drink. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again. It could not have been better.”

”Excellent location to explore Philadelphia. Overall everything was great, I don't have any other complaints except it was on the pricey side for the value. Would happily stay again if it was 30% cheaper. But if you're happy with the price, it is as advertised, and I have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself.”

”It’s a cute little historic hotel across the street from the American Revolution Museum. Very close to all the historic sites. The bed was extremely comfortable.. we slept the night thru! Shower was nice and warm and very nice. Room temp perfect! Breakfast was ok, but they did have waffles and whipped cream!”

”Lighting in the bathroom was very poor. We had an event to go to and preparing hair and make up would be impossible. Front desk was able to send up a light up make up mirror. Was told they only had a few. They need to get on that.”
