”Incredible stay cannot wait to come back!”

”Noisy Room! The heater or ac kept making loud banging noises waking us up all night! Front desk is kinda useless. Room overall is nice. The pullout sofa couch was dirty crumbs and definitely not clean.”

”The property and room was well appointed. The room was generally clean with need for dusting my only complaint. Although full of guests the staff was attentive when asked. Unfortunately when I checked in and offered my credit card for incidentals, they double billed me for the room and if I hadn’t caught it would have remained. But once disputed immediately resolved!”

”Parking was ok, but that was the only good thing. Dirty sheets with hair and stains that looks like bodily fluids from the previous guests. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. Another tenant at the property was kind enough to answer the door but expressed that they received the same mistreatment as my...

”Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

”Excellent location to explore Philadelphia. Overall everything was great, I don't have any other complaints except it was on the pricey side for the value. Would happily stay again if it was 30% cheaper. But if you're happy with the price, it is as advertised, and I have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself.”

”You have to experience this “hotel!” We stayed in the Tesla room. Really cool decor, great room amenities, skylights, beautiful shower with a window inside. Definitely coming back!”
